This is my story:-

Me and my adorable husband Steve have been trying to conceive since January 2007. After nearly a year of TTC we were sent for fertility tests and 3 days before we went to get the test results I found out I was pregnant. We were absolutely over the moon because we thought there was something wrong with one of us and this proved that there wasn't. We told everyone about the pregnancy as we were so excited and we made plans for the baby that we'd wanted so badly. It totally took over our lives and we couldn't have wished for anything more. 10 weeks later I had a miscarriage. It hit us really hard and I ended up on medication for anxiety for 3 months as I started suffering with panic attacks and was generally depressed.

Just as I was starting to feel like myself again in June 2008 I fell pregnant again, this time we were even more excited but we tried not to show it as we were scared that the same thing could happen again. On 31st July it DID happen again and I lost my 2nd baby at 5 weeks and 1 day.

So we are now trying to pick up the pieces and move on but it is so difficult. I keep thinking to myself, if I get pregnant for a third time am I going to have to go through this again? Am I doing something wrong to cause these miscarriages? Am I ever going to be able to carry full term? There are so many questions I want answers to but I probably won't ever get them.

I am trying to be positive and believe that we will be parents in the near future but I feel like I've waited such a long time and we've been through so much heartache that it feels like it's never going to happen.

I want to thank all of you lovely, wonderful, kind, caring ladies on this website who truly amaze me each and every day. Whoever invented this website deserves a medal because without it I wouldn't have coped as well as I have in the past. I received so many helpful messages both times I miscarried and they mean so much. I haven't replied to you all because I just get upset but I will be back to my normal TTC self in a few weeks and the positive Minkymoo/Helen will be back, I PROMISE.

She arrived on the 24th 6LB 11OZ 18.5IN Everything went amazing and wouldn't of changed anything. My epi did wear off about 1 hour before pushing and I'm glad it did so I was able to experience some contractions (five before getting more med) and work through them. My hubby was AMAZING and I feel in love with him all over again. Everything that I was stressing about was the easiest things... I was afraid of them breaking my water and getting the epi, didn't even know they did it. Congrats to everyone who also deliver. If you are still waiting for your bundle of joy then it will come soon and everything will be perfect.

hiya, i haven't checked my emails yet i'll have to look in a bit im at work tommorow all day again so won't be able to access my computer till tea timeish but am off thursday so thats good. my temp dropped to 36.6c today so a little bit lower than what they were always normally about 36.8 or a little higher so i think the temps i sent you would be my reference for next month so if they go higher than those i'll be able to notice the difference now as i have something to compare them too. sorry i just can't help feeling abit sad about it, it just gets to you after a while as you will understand ellies with my mom tonight so thats nice for her and easier for me as i wont have to de-tour in the morning to take her there before i go to work and she gets a lie-in lucky little madam take care xx

than you sweetie you more than anyone can understand how crappie and kind of a faliure i feel right now to some people i comes so easy that they don't even have to try but for us other we have to work really hard for it iv'e either got to give it a really good shot this month or put it out of my head and have sex without contraception but without thinkin about it and without looking for symptoms that aint there and driving myself mad take care hun xxxx

hiya hun, hope your ok don't stress about the test theres still hope yet for you honest your af isn't due for 4 or 5 days is it?. for me the dreams over this month well i think so anyway my af is due 2mora so i thought as the clearblue digital are supposed to pick up on pregnacy 4 days before af is due i'd try one of them this morning as i was holding onto them as long as i could but couldn't wait any longer so i tested it seemed like forever before the enevatable came up bold as day 'NOT PREGNANT' so as you can imagine im well and truly gutted it just goes to show with all that i have been feeling i really don't know how to tell if im pregnant or not its been five months and im thinking now we arent going to do it i don't know if theres a problem or not or how i'd start the ball rolling to check i am worried because i don't know if this would be relevant anyway but my smear was due nearly 2yrs ago and i ignored the letters as i was depressed and was too chicken to go after a bad experience last time so i was 21 when i had my last one and im really worried now i know how stupid i am but what can i do i think it's best i book one to start with and take a break TTC (trying so hard anyway) still have sex but not around the eime the smears due and then see whats what! im just fed up right now so down hearted my af shows no signs as yet but im sure it will come in the next 2 days or so as im sure that clearblue cannot be wrong. hope you have enjoyed your bank holiday together with steve i'll be crossing my fingers for you sweet heart i hope your upcoming blog reads BFP!! take care xxxxxxxxxx

That stinks! I have a feeling that next month is going to be a good one for a lot of us! I am on CD64 right now, I am ready to scream! but I go to the doctors office on Wednesday and they are putting me on progesterone then Clomid, so there is a light at the end of the tunnel finally!! I am so excited for wednesday to come!

I'm good thanks darl. Sickness is easing off a little, dont feel it as much as I did, and I suppose it's the same as the cramps. Had a bit of a scare though the other day, I got off the settee at abit of an angle and the biggest sharpest pain shot through my tummy, it made me double over. I'm ok though, I think I just pulled a muscle because of the way I got up! I'm at the docs tomorrow for my first appointment! How are you doing, any symptoms yet? xxx

you both look wonderful in the wedding pic very cute dress,my hubby too goes to his cardiologist every six months cuz back in 2002 he was diagnose with congested heart failure,but at that time we also loss him cuz he had a lot of fluid around his heart and he had to spend 1 whole week in the hospital so there can get the fluid,the first in the hospital he loss 30lbs so you can image how much fluid he had,so now he is on meds for the water,coreg for his heart exforge for blood pressure but he's doing a lot once he keep up with his dr ,eating much healthier and taking his meds,well i hope all goes well you and please keep me posted.
