how long has it been since you had the episiotomy? mine felt waaaay better after like a week and a half--but everyone is different too--i mean, i hurt like hell that whole time before it started to ease up.

ok, maybe i'm just being jealous here, but a girl i was friends w/ in college just had her baby the week before me--and i was looking at her pics online and she DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE SHE'S HAD A BABY. She was out drinking w/ some people and looked all nice and was wearing a spaghetti strap shirt and shorts and i am like what the hell? i am stil retaining freaking water in my face and i still don't look back to normal. and i'm so annoyed w/ everyone telling me i'll get back so soon b/c i was so skinny before. no way! i look like big fat white trash. i'm so depressed.

i know i keep complaining about my body, but you guys are the only ones who understand!! michael keeps telling me to shut up. but it's SO HORRIBLE to look like this :( boooooooooooooooooooooooo.

ask your doctor about the pain! did you get pain pills? i was popping darvocet every 4 hours like they were tic-tacs for that whole first week.

i can't believe you have more company coming!! aaaah!! i've had THE WORST day EVER--so, yesterday i was at home, hanging out...the power goes off at like 4:30. I call the power co. and they don't even know when it'll be back on. So we load up and go to my parents' house--and then we go back at 9 thinking it's going to be back on...it's not. so we call again and the power co. says it won't be back on until 3AM!~ i'm like what??? It was pitch black, we couldn't see to take care of the baby, plus we'd bought $150 worth of groceries the day before that are now ruined and in the trash. We had to go back to my parents' house and sleep there.

yea thats exactly what aaron does..like we starve him or something lol. and another thing, i dont know what kind of formula your using now but im just convinced enfamil lipil is freakin poison lol. it tastes gross...so if your using that and u try this and it doesnt work, dont be upset. because after we found out that he was just drinking too fast, we went back to enfamil lipil and he still yerked it up lol so we turned to the enfamil prosobee again tonight and hes fine again. they need to take that crap off the shelves lol! and for some strange reason, i just feel a lot better giving him prosobee and i dont even drink soy products. just sounds good i guess. im weird. but yea, DEFINATELY let me know if that works because it would make me so happy to know i actually helped another mom! i really need that right now. im having a hard time emotionally because of all the medical issues ive been having. im starting to get better though. i just hope i can help! good luck and i better hear from you soon!!

so heres the thing...Aaron just would not stop puking and it was breakin my heart....so finally tonight i just made my husband take us to the emergency room. come to find out, hes just drinking too fast! imagine that! without me even telling the doctor, he asked if aaron was making this certain noise when he was drinking (its kinda like a hiccup) but its basically him inhaling the formula too fast and as soon as he mocked the noise, me and my hubby were like YES THATS EXACTLY what he does! cuz it was just too weird that he didnt have a fever or anything else other than constipation which we fixed with a tsp. of karo syrup. which by the way, to answer your question, yes you can put karo in regular formula but just put a tsp at the most. trust me! thats all they need!!!! lol. we discovered the results of that today hahahaha...ANYWAY! so if you can tell your little one is just inhaling his formula, what you need to do is just let him eat an ounce and after that, take the bottle away and burp him and let him sit for about 30 seconds then feed him more. the doctor said they may scream but thats just the way we have to do it! we really have no choice. so i have a difficult baby. i knew that was gonna happen lol. so im going to try this new thing with soy milk because my little one seems to like it more and i dont blame him. have you tasted that enfamil lipil? its GROSS! seriously, taste the lipil, then the enfamil prosobee... the prosobee really taste better so we're just gonna do that. thanks for your comment. ill try burping more. but heres a new one for ya, my son wont hold a bit of the enfamil down so my gramma came up this weekend to meet my new little angel and saw how he was literally throwing it all up and she basically forced me to try what she raised my mom and aunts on which was mixing condensed milk, a tiny bit of karo syrup, and water together so i had no choice but to try it and i swear, tha kid hasnt thrown it up at all and he sleeps SO much more i guess because hes finally full. my only concern is when i googled it, i got half and half results. some say its the worst thing because they develop problems like asthma or some other kind of disease and some say it works great...and whose to say those ladies asthma or other problems didnt come from something else...if it was the formula, dont you think it would have developed in them BEFORE they turned like 50? i just want to reply to them "HELLO!! YOUR OLD, THINGS ARE GOING TO START MESSING UP!" i dunno. and i dont want to tell my pediatrician because i dont want him to make me stop using it because it works so well. really, the ONLY thing im concerned about is him getting the right nutrients and vitamins. so now that ive written you a novel..lol...write back soon. i need some opinions!

don't be scared!!! i was too though--b/c I had heard the same horror stories and whatnot. I was so freaked out that the whole night I was staying in the hospital, my blood pressure was sky high until they gave me an ambien to help me go to sleep. you should ask them for a sleeping pill too!! it really helps! basically it will all be a blur until you have your baby and you will do just fine!! and yes, everything is tolerable with the epidural. you will feel absolutely nothing and you will be so relaxed :) keep me updated!

Hey, I had my baby! I was admitted on monday night, given the cervidil, went into labor the next morning around 7:30--I had pitocin in my IV, got my waters broken at 10 and then I had the baby at 7:45! she was 7lbs, 7oz. and she's a little redhead. It's unbelievable--it was such a crazy experience--i'm just sooo glad it's over and that everyone's healthy and happy. But let me warn you--pitocin makes for a painful labor (or at least it did for me), so get the epidural!! It's SO WONDERFUL!!!

Hi! Thank you so much for responding. OMG i can't belive you worked until week 38... WOAH! i GIVE YOU two thumps up! On my second trimester i was thinking on working until week 38 but now i changed my mind LOL i can't take this anymore. I mean the only reason why i want to leave ASAP is because it's so hard to get up early get ready for work then get my daughter ready for school then i have to leave during my lunch hour to pick her up and drop her off at my moms. If i didnt have to deal with that then i would stay but OH BOY that is too much work. Anyways, well i hope we keep in touch and please let me know how your delivery goes LOL since i forgot. My daughter is almost 6yrs old, so yeah i forgot all about the pain and procedures HAHAHA.

dude, i miss alcohol so much. seriously. i can't freakin wait to be able to drink again! oh my god! it's torture! and i'm glad someone else freaks out about the BP thing too. Mine's always high when i go in, but it's not REALLY high, you know.

so we have fantasies about working out and drinking, hahaha. but i really do. i keep looking at urban outfitters online at all of their clothes...and thinking about having a beer or whatnot. I really can't wait. Only problem is we'll also be exhausted and have a screaming infant on our hands....

i was nervous, but i feel like it's going to happen anyway, so i'm kind of over it. but trust me, i was so nervous at this appointment this morning that my blood pressure was like through the roof. and i can't belieeeeve you're still working. holy shit. girl, i do not know how you're doing it--i got short term disabillity b/c i just couldn't do it any more. hopefully your doc won't let you go too much overdue b/c that's certainly not good for you or baby :( but i'm ready to be done! all i can think about is cute clothes and getting my old body back!!

ok, so here's what's going on. On monday night i'm going to be admitted into the hospital overnight so they can give me cervadil and observe me to see if that starts any labor. if it does, then they'll give me pitocin in the morning to see if that keeps the labor going--and if not, then i'll either be sent back home or i can opt for a c-section. what about you? still waiting? i was still totally closed up today. that baby doesn't want to come out!!

I was. After i took the home pregnancy test my fiancee and i went outside for 1 last smoke and i couldn't even smoke it!! Its so much easier to quit when you have a good reason like this but i think after i will probably start again...

So pretty much weither u go at 36 wks or 42 , it will help those contractions, weird how teat can affect u wks from drinking it?
where do u buy the pills, thanks for ur feedback, and keep me posted, when are u due?
