i filed for child support thru the Attorney General for my state....you can file online(atleast i was able to) or mail it in-but i was told that it takes 4-6weeks if you mail it in and its quicker if you do it online. what state do you live in and i can see if i can look it up...

no mediation isnt court ordered...its the step you take to avoid going to court...its so that both parents can come to an agreement on child support and visitations w/out having to pay court fees and to avoid a judge deciding whats best for your child. it is still however the same as going to court once both parents agree to something-as far as a judge will have to sign off on what ya'll agree so that its set in stone! if ya'll dont come to an agreement THEN its taken to court....

thanks for your response, ya im going to be pumping the same time as his usual feeedings so i cant see it affecting my supply. i think i may bf until 8 months too, i was back and forth there is really no cause for me to stop at 6mnths as im a stay at home mom, plus its sure alot cheaper to bf !!!

I just posted this on the board, but will do it on your page too....AHH I live in Minneapolis....which store?? They pretty much told me too bad at babies r us. Can you find out which location? Is it the Roseville store? That is the closest one to Minneapolis. Let me know please!!
