Hi everyone. My name is Missy. I am new to this site. I am preganat for my second time and am so happy. My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage six months ago. My hubby and I are very excited to go to our first doctor `s appointment on jan 3rd, to make sure all is going well with this little one. :)

Good Morning! I actually had a god nights sleep, but I didn `t actually fall asleep til two. All this napping during the day is messing with my normal sleep schedule. I have off from work til Jan. 8th, so I `m happy I can get lots of rest. My boobs still hurt bad, and I was slightly nauseous this morning. One of my kitties was trying to snuggle with me last night, but my boobs hurt so I had to move him. Aww. I have to eat now, but there is nothing I really want. I used to love eating. I can `t wait to enjoy food again. Today my cold is FINALLY 95% gone, so I `m going to visit my parents today, and try to shop with some of the giftcards I got for Christmas. I need some bigger pants!lol! :)

Today I am feeling alot better. I think it `s because my cold is finally gone, and I bought the Sea Bands at Walmart last night. I went to my parents yesterday. Seeing them always makes me feel better too. :) I was able to eat a nice dinner with my hubby, more than usual. I can `t help but wonder if it was the Sea Bands helping with my nausea?I just want to thank everyone on here for their advice, caring and warm wishes. This is really a nice website to share in pregnancy, and what is going on in our bodies, with people who understand, other mommies-to-be! :)

I `m sooo happy today! I loved going to the doctor today. I saw my little baby on the u/s screen and saw and heard the little heart beating so strong! It was amazing, and adorable. I `m on cloud nine today. I have to go back in three weeks for the down syndrome test? What do they do for that?

Hi ladies. I forgot to add, my due date was changed by my doctor to Aug. 5th instead of the third. I `ve just entered my tenth week. I `m feeling alot better, which Doc says is normal. My appetitie has picked up a little too, but I still can `t eat and enjoy as much as I used to. Hope u are all doing great!

Hi All! Thank you all so much for the info in exercise and beauty. I `m still confused as to what I should do regarding working out harder. I `m going to the Dr. again on the 14th, so I will tell him a heartrate of 120 is not strenuous at all for me. If he says not to push it, I will listen. The way I have been thinking, running, self tanner, I miss them, but these are small things to have to give up for just a few more months for a healthy baby. I can start running and doing my self tanner and everything else AFTER I have my baby in just a little while, and I know it will be worth it! The baby `s health is more important to me than being tan or not being allowed to run for a while. On a different subject, I got so sick Thurs. I think it was because Tues. I forgot to take my prenatal vitamin. I usually take it before I fall asleep. So Wed. morning when I woke up at five, I took one. Then Wed. night at around tenPM, I took another. I was tossing and turning all night. My tummy was rumbling! I was in the shower Thurs. AM, and had to jump out because i got sick TWICE in a row! Then I felt horrible all day. I was doing a facial event in Jersey. One hour I had no appointment, so I just stayed in the facial room with my head down on the bed. I had to leave around three, I felt so sick. I was sick that whole night, and Fri, I still felt queasy until the evening. If anyone misses a vitamin, I don `t recommend taking two in one day, even if it `s HOURS apart to make it up. Otherwise, everything else is good. I can `t wait for my next appointment on the 14th.:)

So now I `m in the second trimester. I feel soo much better than my first trimester, which was really rough on me. I have my energy back, but I still have days when I get tired easily. I sleep alot better now. My Boppy pregnancy pillow really helps. So far my nausea is completely gone as well, and I `m so glad I `m enjoying food again. It `s funny, the other night I had to do a wedding trial makeup. The bride to be `s husband started grilling some chicken and made Rice A Roni for their dinner. I had to have it for dinner the next day. If I see someone else eating something that looks good, I will crave it the next day. At least food has a taste again! Yay! My last visit to the Dr. was great. My Mom came with me, and the baby `waved ` at us, looked out at us, and put it `s little legs straight up and was kicking my belly. Showing off for Grandma, I think! :) The bigger the baby grows, the more excited I get when I see it. I can `t wait til August to meet and hold my little one!

I never thought it would hapen, but today I had to buy myself a 40DD bra! lol! I also got some cute stretch black lace boyshorts, size XL! Of course everything still has some breathing room, but I know I will fill it up by the time I have my baby. It `s amazing how fast my body is growing and changing along with my baby `s now. I can `t wait til I have that big baby belly! :)

I went to a friend `s party last night, and actually had fun !i thought I would get tired early, and that it might bother me that everyone was drinking. I didn `t look at the clock once, before I knew it, it was after 12:30, which is late for me now. It didn `t bother me at all that I couldn `t drink. Everyone was acting so funny drunk, it just made me laugh. I didn `t crave or miss having a drink at all. I will get to have a nice glass of something in August, hehee! Everyone was so nice to me, and complimentary about how I looked. It was great, I `m so glad I went. Alot of my friends there last night haven `t seen me in a while, and almost all of them think I look like I `m having a boy, only one said girl. I have been feeling intuitively like I `m having a boy lately too! I `m not finding out the sex, so we `ll see who `s right in August! :)

Hello... looks like you and I are on the same schedule! Luckily, I am a teacher... so I do get my nap at 3:30 everyday. Even with my nap... i'm still nagging my husband to come up to bed at around 9:30. I hope I get a little energy back at some point. Good luck to you!

Haha your so funny. I have gained what feels like an elephant right on my butt and stomach lol. Im about 163 at 5'11'' which isnt real bad, but when you have lost weight before pregnancy it feels like a ton. SO WEIRD you say you are gasping for air too. I cant breath if i walk for a long period of time. Sometimes it will hit me while im just sitting there doing nothing. Honestly, its probably because we lost weight then all of a sudden just gained it. Probably throws our body off, and its not use to carrying it. OH, are you getting like these weird head rushes? They come out of nowhere, my brother in law says enjoy them cause they are a free high,,haha lol. I dont like them very much. Makes my face all hot. Im going to get my glucose test done next Wednesday, im going to ask them about it.

Congrats on your friends baby, im sooooo ready to see mine. Its cool to meet someone who is due the same time. A friend of ours had a baby in Feb. and named him Ethan lol.

That is funny, one of my husbands friends keep telling me I am having twins too...I told him I'm carrying one and he's got the other one. I have a week off june 1-6 so if you are not working on one of those days we could meet at the mall and walk around for a bit. Let me know.

Hey chicky, Yes hale did just give birth. From the photo's I saw she had huge boobs but the rest of her looked amazing still. We need personal chefs and trainers that will be with us all day and keep us looking like that. I have been sooooooooooo exhausted lately. Still working my ass off. I am looking forwaard to the 1 week I have off the first of week of june. It cant come soon enough.
How are your feet doing this week? Are you finding it hard to find a good position to sleep in. Thats my issue. Nothing has swollen for me yet except my belly.
Third trimester...time is really flying. I dont think I like it when people ask me what I am having anymore. I keep having to explain that my husband doesnt want to find out. But I guess I could make it easier on myself aswell and just say that we want to be surprised. I am beginning to ramble on now...

I am completely knackered AGAIN!!!! But we have great news!
WE GOT THE VISA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank god and god bless America!!!!!
We are hoping to get the passports back tomorrow??? and fly at the weekend!
We celebrated by having breakfast at the Four Seasons in Mexico City and it was beautiful!
Delicious French Toast and danish pastries! Alex left his buisness card with the maitre D, saying he was the banquet chef at the Four Seasons in SB and we had the chef and hotel manager come and shake his hand etc. Felt like royalty! They also gave us a nice discount, but it felt amazing! After getting up at 5.30am and waiting at the embassy( who didnt care i was pregnant!) for 3 hours, we finally got our wish!
Its been a long 7 months waiting and i still cant believe it!
So girl, i am gonna now be househunting Stateside and making my nest, at last!!!
I think i will cry tomorrow, when the shock goes away!
So will let you know when i am flying!

Well I live in Iowa soooo dont know much about those places..LOL Sounds really fun though!! The only makeup I do is VERY lightly on my girls who love makeup and fingernail polish, but its still fun :)
Glad you got to sit today. My back does feel better. I just stuck an extra pillow between my legs and it worked! I think it might be my hips spreading and then not enough cushion in between them so they were bent a little causing some pain. Cant wait not to be prego anymore.
Thats ok if you can approve yet. Oh, do you have a myspace account, im usually on that more.

zachary had his first surgery yesterday. Dr. find a whole in his little intestines they had to put a drainage to keep fluid from leaking into his stomach. the surgery went well his recovering from it. he is the strongest little person I've ever seen in my life. I know that God will keep him wrap up in his embrace. thank you all for your prayers and kind words.

Twins are fun to watch but a HUGE handful!!

I hardly ever wear makeup, probably cause I stay at home lol. The girls dont care what I look like, so I dont. :)
What store do you work at? Im surprised they wont let you keep a little something in your pocket for when its slow and you have a min. especially with being pregnant. A friend of mine is due the same time we are, and she is a hair dresser, and shes barely makin it standing all day. I stood all day Sunday out at my mother in laws horse stables and got a REALLY bad back ache, man that was horrible. Kuddos to you! Be careful! Someone might end up with lipstick clear across their face!! haha :)

How are you girl???
Just a quickie to let you know, the ultrasound went great. The pictures were a little fussy, which was dissapointing but everything is going as it should be. The heartrate was 143bpm and they measured the feet! They are 4cm long and the femur measured 5.5cm long. I think the circumference of the head was 25cm???????
So everything is cool! The glucose test was gross, i love sweet things but the drink is MEGA sweet. Not got the results yet but maybe tonight?
The gyno is going to email us the photos from the US, so I will post them when we get them.
Now going to nap! I am completely knackered!
Gotta get ready to impress the embassy tomorrow!!???!!!
