Monday, 11 August Hi! I just read your comment on the 5 month page and from what I have been told from 3 different doctors is that once your baby can roll over, there is no way you can keep them from doing it when they are sleeping. And also the SIDS risk lowers once they can roll over. Don't know how that is but I don't understand the SIDS thing anyways. Dannie -

Sunday, 10 August yes, the bar counts as one of your small meals, you should be having 6 meals a day. That is what is so great about protein bars, easy and convenient! And good for you for tossing all the crap! I love to munch on air popped popcorn when I get the munchies- I bought a popcorn machine because just popping the kernels is healthy than microwave popcorn. I then add Pam butter spray and salt and the calories and fat are near to nothing! I also love low calorie fudgsicles. There will always be times when you get a craving and need something and those two items are my saviors! Dannie -
Saturday, 9 August Your treadmill will be great for the 20 minute interval cardio sessions. Definitely do those! The results are amazing and in such little time. I have been eating much of what is listed on the BFL foodlist and I eat every 2-3 hours. I really have to stay away from bad carbs because they make me so tired. I treat myself to the no no carbs on Sunday and then passout afterwards LOL! DANNIE -

Saturday, 9 August On Monday my husband and I are going to start our own little Body For Life challenge, I can't wait! The only products I ever bought were the myoplexlite protein shakes, but you can buy a generic brand of protein powder, it's all the same. I have decided that instead of my goal being to lose weight, my new goal is to be healthy. I want Ryland growing up in a family that is healthy and not weight obsessed. crazyeights -
