Monday, 6 October Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com
Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 30 June I think the weight limit when you are prego is 20lbs if I remember correctly..that's popping up in my mind for some reason SueUK -
Thursday, 12 June Hi there, Joe's not crawling yet either. He was 23.5lbs 3 weeks ago so maybe it is a weight thing?! He's trying now though! But up till recently there were no signs of him wanting to move at all. lilmami8508 -

Wednesday, 30 April I've read that they make a wedge to prop up the end of their mattress which would help with his reflux. If he's anything like my son though that wouldn't really help as he flips from one end of the crib to the other at night. My Mom actually has reflux and she is only now sleeping through the night because she has an adjustable bed that elevates her, she used to only sleep for about 3 hours at a time. So I definitely think you're right on with why he is waking up. Hopefully he will outgrow it soon! Is he on any kind of medication for it? By the way, he is adorable!! I just want to kiss those chubby cheeks! sonya75 -
Tuesday, 29 April Thank you for the advice on the plugged duct. It used to happen all the time with my son, but this is the first time with my daughter. And it hurt so much more for some reason. I actually had to stop working on it for a few hours. Then when my daughter nursed again, it just came out! Such relief. I was really beginning to worry. Chases-momma -

Monday, 31 Mar Hi, mmc.
Thanks so much for your help. When your baby was super constipated, was he pooping small hard pellets? My son isn't doing that. He is pooping and the poops are semi-hard, but not very hard. He screams bloody murder every time he has to push one out. I went to the walk in clinic on Saturday and the dr. told me to give him milk of magnesia and Colace. He pooped today but it hurt him so bad. I wonder if he has something else bothering him. Could you please tell me if your baby's poop was hard or semi-hard. Did your baby experience this much pain too when passing a stool? Thanks for your help.

I think it's part of our job as mommy to be big fat worry warts!! Terah -
Saturday, 8 Mar Thanks. He is a pretty happy baby. You wouldn't know he's been sick for 30 days straight! Poor guy, he just can't seem to shake his cold. Sounds like a kitten purring when he breathes. shosho -
Friday, 7 Mar OMG- What a beautiful baby you have!! leahs -
Friday, 7 Mar Hi there I noticed your post about your baby not saying mama and dada in over a week, it's really common for babies to seem to forget something they learned. They actualy haven't forgotten they are moving on to other things, not necessarily new words but new actions/sights/sounds. My daughter did that all the time she would master a new word then never say it again,of course if you're really worried you should see your dr. but try not to stress out too much, best wishes :) Terah -
Saturday, 9 Feb Oh my goodness I LOVE the johnny jump up shot! Heck, they are ALL adorable! He's a sweetie pie! I had the bath shot professionally taken. A lot of places have tubs and props, or you can bring your own props (like baby powder, towel, rubber ducky, bubbles are really cute... but I always forget to bring them). I only have a wallet size shot and I can't figure out how to make it bigger. I'll post it under photos and just let me know when you're done looking at it and I'll take it off. You look like you have a good camera so you might be able to do it yourself, but I love their little tiny bath tubs they have. My 1st son have a pail that he was in, my 2nd son had a wooden tub that he was in and Eli has a tiny white porcelin (sp?) tub. My 13 year old told me it looks like we started making more $$ as the years went by from looking at the tubs. lol You WON'T regret doing it. They are some of my favs! Sarah C. -

Thursday, 31 Jan That's funny. I have always supplemented a little because I have never produced enough...and I have tried everything to help get my milk supply up...but it hasn't worked. I also eliminated, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and whey from my diet. I don't know about the milk allergy thing if the formula is milk based, but the dr. can do a poop test to find out if there is blood in the stool which indicates a milk allergy. My little boy had to see a gastro specialist and he said to mix oatmeal, not rice, cereal with his bottle of breast milk or formula 1-2 times a day...1-2tsp per ounce of formula...but it was a little too thick for the nipples, so I reduced it...he said to use a cross cut or tricut nipple with the bottles....and also to keep him upright for atleast 15 minutes after he eats. They really are pitiful when they are refluxing...oh avoiding chocolate and acidic foods like tomatoes may help too...I still eat cheese, but I don't drink milk...so maybe you could try some of these things...if I think of anything else I will let you know. I promise though, it does get easier! trusting -
Tuesday, 29 Jan the reflux got A LOT worse...he would vomit right after taking the prevacid...I found that the crib wedge helps a lot and so does making him sit upright a lot...I don't understand why so many babies have reflux these days...I mostly bf, so it's not that it's a formula thing, and I have eliminated ALL KINDS of stuff from my diet...so I don't get it...btw, your little boy is adorable...I could eat him up in that costume! melissabkr -
