First off congrats to all the Moms to be! This is my first...a huge shock at first but I am very excited now! I am not married yet, just living with my baby's father. We are in no hurry for marriage...but I know one day it will happen. I went to my first appointment and had my first u/s on March 3rd. It brought tears to my eyes it was just amazing to see the little baby rolling all over the place. I will put pictures up however I am usually on this web site at work and don't have them here with me :(. I am due on September 25th and I can not wait!! Good luck to everyone!

I thought I would update everyone on the last 3 months of Pregnancy and life! I never did get Morning sickness very bad...I was very blessed. However on 03/20/08 I was put in the hospital for some major pains. The doctors thought maybe my body was trying to have a miscarriage but it was "to late" I am to far along. My white blood cell count was above 1600 and its suppose to be 1100 or so. They still never came up with a solution or answer to my problems...but thank God the baby is ok! I was freaking out! Me and my boyfriend were having major problems and I think Stress was a major part of the pain! I love the man with all my heart..but sometimes I feel like we are just together for the baby...its not for us anymore. Is anyone else going thru this? Any suggestions on how to change that?? I feel horrible we are always fighting!! I want to make things better just not quite sure how! I am feeling alot better today and hope it stays that way! I don't have my appointment until the 11th of April but I am so excited to go! I hope everyone is doing well!!!!

Well I haven't updated in so long!! I am now a single mommy :( Not the situation I really wanted but me and my baby girl will be ok!! My boyfriend use to be so caring...it stopped. He moved out and is now expecting me to pay bills upon bills that I can't afford :( I wish there were a way to change everything that happened...but I don't think there is!! I wish I knew what to say to get him to realize he just not only walked out on me but on his baby girl as well. Supposedly we are just seperated and we will try to work it out, but my heart is so broken now I don't know about all of that! If anyone has any words of encouragement or advice please write me...I am down in the dumps right now :(

I take lexapro and it works good for me I orginally took effexor and my doctor didnt reccommend it so I had to switch but both of those were the only ones that have seemed to work...although Zoloft is the usual recommended anti-depressent because there are studies shown so i'd go with that it didn't work with me but everyone is different and you should definately give it a try

Hey, i'm here for you. And beleive me, when you have a supportive family, it makes it so much easier! Moms are easier to talk to about pregnancy because they have been there.. hubbies dont know shit and only get mad when you complain. My mom makes sure she helps me out with stuff when i'm stuck on the couch and cant move.. lol.. You will be fine, men are not worth the headache in the end and you will see such a change. I feel bad for you, and have pitty for you weither i've been there or not, cuz yeah, it sucks. I think of down the road with dating and such.. its going to be hard with a new born. But like i said, without family by your side, it would be so much harder! I am happy you are on the right track tho! Dont worry about him trying to get custody of baby.. it will never happen! And he will have to pay all the court bills if he wants a fight! Chin up, its a beautiful day, spend some time in the sun and be happy! Good luck with your move and dont stress to much!

I have been taking zoloft since my last pregnancy, I went on it at about 17 weeks back then, and i had no complications. Doctors have said it is the prefered anti-depressant for pregnancy. Hope this helps!

Sometimes you will be better off being a single mom! I started dating my bf in July, got pregnant in september, thats only 2 months of dating! we moved intogether in November, i moved out 2 weeks later... it was fun for the summer and went downhill in the fall... I have not herd from him since December and i'm ok with it... my mom is awsome and very excited and supportive. She has been my "spouce" thru this whole thing and will be my coach when im delivering. I will continue to live with her with baby until i meet Mr. Right and get a place of my own. Its not scary! Im really enjoying it. You have to be confident in yourself in order to accept being alone. You can do it, its not that hard if you have family to help! Good luck

Havent been feeling to good, unfortunately I have come down with the flu virus with a horrid cough and sore throat, so I am struggling a bit with that right now. The doc has asked me to take a couple days to rest, so thats what I will do. Hopefully soon I will feel good, cuz I feel awfully miserable. How you doing?

I actually asked the hospital if i could take their machine home with me! of course they said no...but it was worth a try! As much as I want to lie to get another one, I keep going with my luck, it will really happen. Karma! =)

thank you!! i don't now why he dosent. i think that he figures it isnt worth it. me on the other hand, i could watch the little peanut 24/7! Im thinking about lying to the drs office and saying that i havent felt her move in 2 days just so insurance will pay for another scan! would that make me a horrible person??

how do you do the pencil test?? my dr said he was confident it was a girl, but couldnt give me a 100% confirmation, and my next scan isnt until 34 weeks!!
