Tuesday, 13 May Thanks for your response!!! I just found out that one of my good friends from nursing school is pregnant she's about 5-6 weeks pregnant! I am so happy for her but can't help but feel saddened about my situation! I know that is normal, but I just felt I had to vent to someone!! After your m/c at 5 weeks how long did you bleed? I am working on my 3 week! How many m/c's have u had? Hey... Good luck to you! Shon -

Monday, 5 May Hello, not here to hate.. Admire your wanting to quit so badly! DONT stress over it, or it will never happen. Take it day by day, its the hardest thing to quit! start trying to subsitute it, but dont snack on junk foods! I quit before i found out i was pregnant, and replaces ciggs with junk food... paying for it now! Ive gained almost 50lbs so far and i have another 5 weeks to go! Try carrot sticks and crackers etc. Good luck to you!!! BlydansMommy -
Sunday, 4 May Hey, Congrats on your pregnancy!!! My pregnancy wasn't planned and I was still smoking when I found out I was pregnant. And I wasn't able to quit until the middle of week 8. What finally helped me quit was a pamplet that my doctor gave me about SIDS. I just happened to read through the whole thing and it said that 70% of babies who fall victim to SIDS are born to mothers who smoke during pregnancy. Well after reading this and thinking about if that happened and how guilty I'd feel, I haven't smoked another cigarette. Hope that helps. Goodluck on quitting!!
