My beautiful boy was born on March 27! We had a natural child birth and labor was an hour long! He is amazing and a wonderful blessing from God. I am a stay at home mom, and taking this opportunity to get my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling while I am off work:) I would like to start my own pratice one day and get my PhD...long term goal though! For now, I would like to focus on my son and my masters :)

yes its very stressfull! i have not enjoyed the pregnancy as much as my first one b/c of all the stress. yes i got the 1 in 5000 of the quad screen, thats good to know that false negatives are rare i have not see my dr yet last time i was at the dr i had to see the nurse b/c the dr was at the hospital so i go back on the 30th. No ive not had a level 2 u/s but im going to ask for one. the short nasel bone is a big marker (ive heard) im so glad that she is healthy that gives alot of hope to others. We have picked out Paige for a middle name what about you guys?

hey i seen your post on the DS page, thats wonderfull news about your little girl and all the test! our little girl has 2 markers for DS she has a dilated kidney and calcium on her heart had the screening done and i have a 1 in 5000 chance but i still worry i can wait to see my dr again b/c i would like more testing.. Also we have a 2 y/o that we named Dominic do you have any names picked out for your girl? we have picked out Julia Paige

Just got back from Kaylee's 6 month check up. She weights 17lbs 12oz and is 26 1/2 ". She did pretty well with her shots this time. She didn't cry as bad as she did last time. We go back in 2 weeks so she can get her flu & H1N1 shots. Dr didn't want to do it today cause he said that would have been to much for her. But she is on the right track & is healthy! =)
