Hey! I am Laura, and I will be 19 when I have my first child in September! I read this site pretty much daily, and I love reading everyone's stories! Please feel free to comment, because it seems like everyone here is very supportive and I love talking to anyone and everyone.

I found out I am expecting a baby boy!

Tuesday, 22 July I was having the same issue. Its because the baby is getting into the birth position. Which if head down is the position you are lucky! From this point on... everything is going to feel ultra tight low in the belly. Im 33 weeks too and my baby is 5 pounds so im feeling some kinda way right now.
Good Luck! krystasappleseed -
Tuesday, 22 July I saw your post on the 33 weeks. I get the same pressure and it sounds like u have the pressure of the baby- which sometimes is owrse if they are pushing ( mine does alot) and also braxton hicks. my bhc's feel like a cramp in my stomach but then at other times it rediates throug hmy cervix and it hurts to walk.. they usually only last no more then 5 minutes but they don't feel pleasant. Hope this helps. kellybabybelly -

hey,
so what did your doctor say about that noise??
I'm gonna see a different doctor in two weeks so I'll ask him.
I just get worried sometimes and I hope his not hurting himself. suzannew -
Thursday, 17 July glad to see that someone else is hearing the popping noise when their baby moves. I hear it too. It sounds like a fingernail popping off of another fingernail. My husband can't hear it though. I thought it was just me so I haven't mentioned it to my dr. I might now. halambert -

Friday, 6 June I took my glucose test on Wednesday and they said they would only call if I "failed" it. So if your doctor is like mine, no news is good news! :) cantwaittoseemybaby -

Thursday, 5 June Hi Laura, read your post in the GD forum... I just took my 3 hr. glucose test Monday and after I drank the drink I felt really light headed, nauseous, and dizzy... as the first hour passed I started to get a headache. The nurse said it was normal from so much sugar. Anyway, I failed... I called yesterday to get the results and if your Dr. office is anything like mine, you have to call because it is so busy they wont call your first. But the girl at the desk said they get the results in a day because I guess it is extremely important to start treatment right away if you do have GD. Hope that helps... give the office a call. Good luck. marias1983 -
Thursday, 15 May your sickness sounds like it might be something you ate or maybe even stomach flu - i know its been going around here by me in Indianapolis. I had it last week! UGH! it sucks to vomit when we are this far along and having to get up and down out of the floor from the toilet. drink plenty of fluids to make sure you dont get dehydrated. if it is the flu, you shouldnt be sick for the than 24 hours so call your doc if its longer! hope you feel better christina1869 -

Saturday, 3 May Hi! I was just reading everyone's comment, and I am plus sized, pregnant with hopefully baby 1 - but pregnancy #2. I am wearing maternity clothes now, but i still get those - is she fat or pregnant looks. But who cares. The first pregnancy i was all worried because i didn't look pregnant, and losing him hurt more than one could ever imagine. So, this pregnancy I am not caring how i look, because i know i am pregnant. You shouldn't care either. You know you have a beautiful baby inside of you, growing. My baby was 12 ounces at 19 weeks, so this one's going to be big, and I don't even look it, just fatter. Oh well, forget em all, and have a great time during your pregnancy.
