Hello All! So basically I'm very, VERY new to this whole going-to-be-a-mom thing...I'm nervous, excited, anxious, etc...Noah is due on May 4th, 2008. My husband and I can't wait!
So about me...I'm a pretty interesting person. I'm 19, married, and expecting my first baby boy in a few months. I was in college studying Psychology, but now I'm just taking some time off to take care of myself and not get too stressed. I'm planning on going back soon after Noah is born. As of right now, I stay at home and watch 'A Baby Story' on TLC and 'Dr. Phil'...hehe. I'm extremely close to my family and they are so excited about this baby boy. Noah is going to be the first grandbaby. I still can't believe I'm going to be a momma! It's so unreal...my husband is super excited as well...He talks to my belly every night...I know he is going to be the best daddy ever! I just can't wait until my little guy arrives!

WEEK 36-
I am completely and utterly DONE being pregnant. EVERYTHING hurts. I hope Noah comes soon. Matt and I are waiting...I'm waiting IMPATIENTLY. He is kickin the crap outta me. I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. If I am not dialated, I think I might just kill someone. I'm getting these shooting pains in my freakin va-jay-jay. IT HURTS! Contractions come and go. I can't tell if they are real ones. Little Noah needs to come out now. I'm officially done...I just wanna cry!!! Ahhh! I just wanna see my baby boy...
April 16, 2008 WEEK 37-
Okay. So I totally thought I was going into labor today. I got checked yesterday and was 1 cm dialted. Ever since she checked me, I had severe cramping and contractions. I timed them for an hour and they were 2-3 minutes apart. So people kept telling me to go to L&D, so I did! I grabbed my bag and everything! Matt and I were so excited, even though I was in so much pain! Turns out I was just dehydrated which made me start contracting. AHHH! It sucked so bad when she told me that. So, drink a lot of water ladies! I was so disappointed!!! :(
April 17, 2008- LOST MY MUCUS PLUG THIS MORNING!!! WOO!
April 22, 2008- I had one of my weekly appointments today and my doctor told me I was 1 1/2 cm. I am going to be induced April 30th and will have baby Noah May 1st!!! I am ecstatic! I can't wait!
April 29, 2008- So I am gonna head to the hospital tomorrow night at 8. I will stay over night and they will start the induction in the morning...so I am going to have my Noah May 1st...possibly May 2nd if he's as stubborn as I am...hopefully th 1st. Matt & I are suuuuuuper excited and nervous!!! Wish us luck!!! :D
May 1st, 2008- HE IS HERE!!! Noah is so gorgeous... we are sooooo in love with him!!!

Hi Ladies - Just wanted to let you know that my little lady has made 4 months and growing more and more everyday. She's such a joy - laughing out loud, rolling over (well from stomach to back but we're working on the other way) and she's still sleeping about 12 hours every night. I've also started her on solids. I've decided to make her babyfood (huge money saver) so I've been adding bananas and apple sauce to her cereal and she loves it! She has her 4 month checkup on 9/8 so she's not gonna be a happy camper since she has to have more shots but I'm sure she'll be fine. I just hope that the nurse isn't soo rough this time **wishful thinking**... Well that's all our new news. Here are some 4 month pics that we've taken the last couple of days.

I could elect to have scheduled c-section since my first was c-section but after the birth the way you and I both had there is NO WAY! :O)It was hilarious to watch the video 'cause you could hear someone moaning ohhhhh and ahhhhhh and my mom was like "listen to you..." But I had to point out it was HER!!!!! LOL!
You are blessed. So happy to hear about a beautiful baby boy and a beautiful delivery!

Congratulations! I jyst read your birth story and the actual birthing part was identical to my second daughters. In fact, when the additional nurses came in they were concerned because they did not see her when in fact shw was on my chest, bloody and all. It was beautiful! Almost makes me teary just remembering. I am soooo glad you had a beautiful delivery!

We are definitley in the same situation - I'm getting induced tomorrow as well. Only difference is, I'll be admitted tonight to get the Cervidil to thin out my cervix and then they'll give me the Pitocin tomorrow morning. What time are you being admitted into the hospital? Maybe we'll be delivering around the same time. I'll say a prayer for you as well girl! Just try to relax, as hard as it maybe, and everything will be ok.
