I had Imogen Alexandria Hartley at 1.37am on Tuesday 9th September 2008, shes georgous in every possible way. She weighed 8lb-12oz. A 1hr & 17mins labour. Normal delivery with gas and air. We are both well and please to be home.. Hope your well. Keep intouch. Luv Christina. X

Congratulations. Im so Happy for you. I bet she's totaly georgous... Im pleased you had a ok time in your labor.. I will keep my eyes open for the pics of her? What did you call her? Well I am lucky at the moment as my hubby is the one who goes to work, I stay at home and take care of the children. My 2 teenaged sons have Huntingtons Disease from there biological father.. So the 13yr old is prety bad at the moment, so thats a job in its self.. Anyway I hope you dont last until friday and you go into labor by yourself.. Keep intouch & you take care. I cant beleave that your still here. OMG!!! Well i hope they do start you off if you dont do it yourself with the carpet cleaning.. When I had my last child I was due to be started off the day before I went into labor myself, I was like you and started to paint n stuff around the house. That worked for me, lets hope you go in the next few days... Good luck.. Oh, Im fine.. X

God mine never broke with the 2 boys and the labor was a nightmare but when my waters broke with my 3rd it was so different and very quick, I just got to the hospital in time. Only 30min and she was out. They say it gets quicker with each pregnancy, it sure never put me off, so here I am again.. Im sure you'll have you little one soon, Hopefully tonight or tommorrow. I'll keep my eyes open to see if your still here in a few days. Let me know how it goes. Im huge already so Im expecting to be as big as you after the next 16wks.. I hope you have a easy time with your labor. Good luck and best wishes to you. Enjoy your sleep tonight incase its your last for a while, lol

Hi there, Im from wk 24, but I just read your comment. With my 1st son the exact same thing happened to me, I was having really bad contractions every night for about 2wks and then the night before I had him I violently threw up and had even more painful contractions which lasted through the night, then by the time the next morning came I was in so much pain and they were so close together I wrang for the ambulance to take me to hospital. My waters never broke though they had to do that for me. But I still had another 9hours before he was born. But mind you he was my 1st and I was only 17 then. My 2nd was the same, but my 3rd was a breeze, Im hoping this one will be too. Christina

no deff have her there if thats what you want...i know having my mum there was fab and i was on my own with my first two so i wouldnt have been without her..i was planning to have my 3rd with just me and my new hubby but she drove us to the hospital and helped us in with begs etc.. but things happened so quickly that she was still there when josie was born... but my last 2 she has baby sat for me... she said that its the worst thing waiting at home not knowing what her little girl is going through ha ha... even if i am 35 ha ha

Hey just read your message. My sisters boyfriend was the same he only wanted it to be her and him but my sister wanted me there. So he said I could come but only until things really got going then I could wait in the hall. Well guess what.....he nearly passed out watching her get her epidural and my sister said ya know what Im the one going through this and I want my sister in here. I think its good to have female support in the room......in the end he nearly passed out and left and was in the bathroom puking when my sisters little boy was born!! When he finally came out I was cutting the cord!! LOL You stand up for what you want, especially when you are the one going through it all!!! Its not like you are trying to replace him in there you just want to share it with your mom! Good luck :)
