I am 16 weeks and 1 day today! I can `t wait for the 25th when we find out boy or girl! Hoping for a boy ;)I am feeling great (besides the physcotic mood swings my husband has to put up w/!) and I AM LOVING MY BABY BUMP!!!!!!! :) :) :)

Monday, 7 Jan

I am 16wks & 2 days today :) I `m craving all kinds of salty junk food - especially nachos, cheese fries, anything like that! I was supposed to start baack at the gym today (haven `t been since 2wks ago before went on vacation) but I was working all day and didn `t have time. Now I `m just too tired! Oh well - will start up again tomorrow.

On another note - I LOVE SHOWING OFF MY BABY BUMP!!!!!!!! :):):):):)

Well, today is Monday, Jan. 21st. We go for our next u/s on Friday...and I AM SO EXCITED!!!! It `s taking FOREVER to get here!! We `re both so excited! So is my mom and his 9 yr. old daughter...she wants a boy, just like her daddy does. She wants a little brother so bad. And my hubby wants a boy so bad too!!! I `ll be happy either way, but I do also hope it `s a boy...more for my hubby `s sake! WE `LL SEE....3 MORE DAYS!!!!!!

Monday, 28 Jan

It is Monday and we found out Friday we are having a beautiful baby girl! We were both disappointed at first, but now couldn `t be happier! I am totally stoked about this little angel growing inside my belly! We have named her Madison May (May is after my hubby `s mom who passed away a couple years ago)Our little Maddy is going to be beautiful inside and out! She is healthy and perfect!!! :) :)

Oh yeah, and I thought my hubby's 9yr old daughter had wanted a little brother, but when we called and told her she's going to have a little sister she shreaked w/ happiness!....and she said the cutest thing, she said "Oh good!!! Cuz boys are really starting to frustrate me now!" Hahaha!!!! :)

Well I am 21 weeks today! Wow, I am starting to get really scared now about delivering and becoming a mommy in 4-5 months! It `s a very scary thought....exciting but scary!!!I haven `t been feeling my little Madison very much this week...not as much as last week, and I still haven `t felt her really kick from the outside...and I really want my hubby to feel. We just got a new puppy, a boxer named Brody. Now we have Diesel, our beautiful pug, and Brody! :) Really, I think my hubby is just trying to put more testosterone in the house!!! LOL

Well I am 22 weeks today! Feeling good - last night I slept the best I have since I found out I was pregnant! :) Not sure why I slept so good. I `ve been feeling my little Maddy kicking a lot from the inside...still have only felt one kick so far from the outside. But everytime I put my hand on my belly to feel her she stops kicking! What a little stinker :) I haven `t been to the gym in over 2 weeks - starting back tomorrow and not looking forward to getting on the scale there... :(My belly `s really getting big :) which I love! I love my pregnant belly and big boobs...everything else can go! LOL

Monday, 18 Feb

I am 22wks & 4 days today. I have been so stressed, short tempered, frustrated and bitchy lately it `s not even funny. I don `t even feel like myself anymore. I don `t know what to do about it - - - my husband doesn `t know how to even handle me anymore. Seems like all we `ve been doing is fighting. I feel like I `m losing my mind. I `m just so stressed out about everything and I have no escape...I used to smoke cigarettes but quit when found out was pregnant and that was my `me time ` for 10 minutes I `d go outside and have a cigg, but I don `t even have that anymore. I can `t take the dogs for a walk cuz it `s freezing outside (which I `m so sick of winter already). I really need to get back to the gym. I think that would really help. Anyways - on a better note, I got most of my shopping done this weekend for my baby shower next month! :) Picked out everything - travel system, bassinet, swing, bouncy chair, nursery bedding/theme, furniture, EVERYTHING!!! So I `m glad that `s all done...cuz that was stressing me out too. I can `t wait for my baby shower - it `s next month and I get to go back to FL where it `s warm for a week!!! Can `t wait!!! I really need a vacation right now too! :)

Well I am 23wks & 3 days today! Still very moody and emotional, but I am getting a better handle on it now. Missed my dr. appt. on Friday due to a snow storm! Reschuled it for Monday. Can `t wait to hear my little Maddy `s heartbeat again! :)Been feeling her kick a lot now, still from just the inside. I feel her most in the mornings and evenings. She `s real mellow in the afternoons...that must be when she takes her nap! I wish I could hurry up and feel her from the outside so my hubby can feel her too! I `ve been thinking a lot lately about what Maddy `s gonna look like...will she have my hair color, my hubby `s eyes, my lips, my hubby `s nose...I hope she has my hubby `s eyes and nose! I can `t wait to meet our little angel! She `s going to be so beautiful!!!

Last day in week 23...tomorrow I see my dr. and go into week 24! I can `t wait to hear my little angel `s heartbeat tomorrow :)Someone bought us her bassinet from our registry and it was delivered today! I was SOOOOO EXCITED!!!! I can `t wait to put it together, but first have to rearrange our bedroom and make a space for her! :) Feel `s like it `s getting closer and closer now.....

Well it `s Saturday, 2nd day in week 24!!!...and I had my dr. appt yesterday morning and everything is great! Heard my little angel `s heartbeat right away...nice and strong 140 bpm :)So glad she `s okay in there...! My doc is going to start me w/ Physical Therapy for my back pain...hopefully they `ll give me a nice massage for my back!...wouldn `t that be nice....

I am 24wks & 5 days today - - - and I finally SAW my little Maddy kick me! It was the coolest and cutest thing ever, I was working and had my phone sitting on my belly and thought I felt it move, so I was staring at my belly and sure enough I saw a little poke come up from just above my belly button!!!! It was awesome!!! I called my hubby right away to tell him :) He can also feel her now from the outside...Friday night we were laying in bed and he felt her kick a few times! This is the best feeling in the world!!!! So happy to know she `s in there and that I can actually SEE her kicking me!!!! Coolest thing ever! :) Totally made my day!

Well I am in SUNNY FLORIDA this week! LOVING EVERY SECOND OF IT!!!! I can `t wait to move back down here the end of this summer :) I have my laptop w/ me and am working outside on the lounge chair in the warm sun! WAY BETTER than freezing my ass off in CT!!!! My baby shower is on Saturday and I `m so excited! I can `t wait to see everyone! :)Maddy `s doing great - getting to know her `schedule ` now...times she sleeps at and stuff. Love it - I feel like I `m starting to get to know her already! :)I miss my hubby and my boys though :(

Well today is Wed, I got back from Florida late Monday night - Had an AWESOME time! Got a nice tan going on, had my baby shower which was GREAT!!!! Had such a good time - saw so many people I haven `t seen in FOREVER!!! Got to see my family, get outta this dam cold for a week! :) Had a great time!!!! Still missing my hubby though - he `s outta town, but coming back late tonight. :) Missed my boys :( I got a lot of great stuff at my shower, though - got the swing, bouncy chair, bedding accessories, travel system, have to pick out the glider/ottoman from my parents, A LOT of ADORABLE BABY GIRL CLOTHES!!! She `s gonna be the cutest dressed baby girl ever!Anyways - Had a lot of fun...wish I coulda brought the weather back w/ me! ;)

Not so emotional atm and other half wouldn't know as I haven't seen much him last week or so as hes been working away and i'm at my mums =) taking it easy.. started the classes god its scary I had to talk to everyone and am no good at public speachs lol

That's awesome that you'll get another U/S. I don't think I will. I did end up going to L&D yesterday because Cayden hadn't been moving like usual since Thursday. My doc was actually the doc there yesterday so that was nice! They monitored him for about 2hrs and at first his heart rate was freaking 190!!!!! Then it steadied itself between 120 and 150. Sometimes it went down to 110 and it even went down to 76 once but I think that might have been because he was moving away from the monitor. Not sure but she said it seems like he's doing excellent! So that was good to hear. I think today my blood pressure was extremely low. I couldn't even bend down to pick something up without getting dizzy and feeling like I was going to pass out. My hubby and I were driving home earlier today and I got really really light headed and dizzy and thought I was about to pass out. Good thing I wasn't driving. But the thing is, I wasn't doing anything. I was just sitting there in the car. But it's been going on all day! At least I go to the doc on Thursday. Hopefully it doesn't continue though. I don't like that feeling! Anyway, I'm glad you got your storage! Bet you're wicked excited to be getting things done and ready for Maddy! I polished the floors in Cayden's room the other day. They look pretty good. I'm still waiting on the wall decorations and area rug to get here. Can't wait to get it all set up! We're going to buy a chair to put in there too. And I still need a breast pump but other than that, I think we're all set! I can't believe it! I went out today and bought some breast milk storage bags, nursing pads, maxi pads, some more bottles and burp cloths. I also got some slippers for the hospital stay. Still need to get myself a night gown or something. Ohh, I also got Curel Pregnancy and Motherhood lotion. Man is that stuff moisturizing! Smells alright too. And since it's gotten warmer, I've been sweating like a damn pig!! I got some of the clinical deodorant. Regular crap just isn't cuttin it! lol Have you had that problem?? Oh, we painted the sun room today, and I got a ceiling fan to put up in there too! I can't wait to finish that room. My Mom and Step Father will be staying in there when they come to visit on the 28th. My sister will be fine on the couch! lol My Mom is going to get Malachi a swingset for his birthday! He's gunna love it! I can't wait to see them, I am so excited! Well, I could keep going and going I have so much to talk about but this is long enough for now! Glad everything is going great with you!!!

Yeah. I dont mind. It's cool. My son (11 years old) was overdue. He was due 6/6/96. Well not only did I not like all those 6's but he did not want 2 come out. I went in 2 get induced and I was in labor. He was in fetal distress and he was 2 big 2 come out the old fashioned way. So the scheduled an emergency c-sect. I was upset b/c I took la maz class and everything. Then whe I had my daughter. I was into watching those my baby shows on tlc and saw a lady try 2 give birth after a c-sect. & she ruptured her incision(from her c-sect) & had emergency surgey right after she gave birth. So that's y I just go 4 the c-section. I'm 2 scared 2 try 2 give birth the traditional way. So hows lil mama doin? I know it feel like forever but she's worth it. When My daughter was born sometimes I wished she was back in my belly. When she's ready she will b here. A beautiful baby girl! ttyl. kit

I did feel tired alot the time but not so much now.. my last check I was told my iron levels were borderline and my other half mentioned I was tired and pale looking so she prescribed my iron tablets anyway.. I take them every few days but they do seem to of done job..

Uni work almost finished.. I got my dissertation results and I passed which is great.. my degree show is soon and my other half is helping me set up..

I know what you mean I am not sure I want her here now as soon as lol everyone keeps asking me but am like nah not yet got to get out other things outta the way =) but yeah am absolutely petrified about 'the day' eeeek!!!!

Hey there, you're absolutely right about a big baby probably being better than a small one! I could probably go into labor at any point now & feel comforted that s/he would make it. So that part is good.
I've had a few friends who had c-sections, and they've just described them as being pretty rough to recover from. I guess that's the part I was worried about. Like one of my friends couldn't lift her baby for quite a while, so her husband had to always bring the baby to her... that kind of thing. But all I care aobut is that s/he gets here safe!

Naw, my doctor hasn't mentioned it but I know by 28wks my first was head down and stayed that way. I have a feeling that he isn't head down yet. I'm 34wks today and I hope that he is cuz if not, he's running out of time! lol

Hey I just thought I'd update you on my u/s... we got some awesome shots of the face, including some 4D shots, so that part was awesome! But... it's been confirmed that my baby is very large. They're estimating it's already 6 1/2 lbs! Yikes! The tech & my dr both said s/he has a really big belly too! WTH?! My hubby & I are not huge people so I don't know where this big kid is coming from! I will probably need a c-section, which I'm kind of scared of. But actually she started talking about the risks associated w/ vaginal birth w/ this large of a baby [she's now estimating at least 9 1/2 lbs if I went full term] and I have decided I'm completely at peace w/ having the c-section! I'd rather have my baby arrive safely than worry about the discomfort & pain of the c-section. I'm handling it better than I thought I guess...
How are you? Anything new?

Yeah, I'm glad that there are other kids around here his age. I think they're all girls tho! lol I know all about the belly thing. I feel like I blew up over night! Looks like I have a basketball in my tummy. Anyway, the emotional crap sucks but it should be over soon! Can you believe it?! I get agitated and stressed really easily too. I love feeling my little man kick too. It's the best feeling in the world! I always wonder what he's doing in there too!

Grrrrr is pretty much all I can say at the mo.... mouth is killing me.... got over crowding and my last wisdom tooth decides its going to come through now and cut into the back of my mouth and I can't do anything about it but rub a little gel on it and take a paracetamol until babys here when they will prob pull them out....

Stress stress panic panic... the uni is messing me around messaging me that I haven't handed in things when I have grrrr and then find out my dissertation results come out =| but won't find out until 2 weeks unless I can get them somehow to mail them to me =| o0o0o0o I just want to graduate with everyone else =| argh =(

yeah, Port st. lucie is supposed to be a good up and coming community for young families. Schools are pretty good too. They are doing alot of building there too. Glad 2 hear you are doing good. The doctor changed my due date to June 12 due to a c-section. It's good that you are moving down in September that a good month so you can adjust to the weather more easily. It will feel like an indian summer (a long one). Hope to hear from u soon mami.

I'm doing ok, stuck at work waiting for the system that went down 45 mins. before we closed to go back up so I can get the hell out of here! I haven't opened it, but I felt it at Target! We got home late last night and I only had time to unpack the clothes! I haven't seen the glider-it's a boppy as well? I'm so not ready yet! I can't believe in 2 months she'll be here!!!! I still have so much to do! Have you started packing your bag yet?

I think it's just the fact that it's a new house and a new city as to why he isn't sleeping well. I was hoping to get him down for a nap in about an hour. Ah. He loves the new house though. Plenty of room for him to run around and play. Our neighbors actually have a 3yr old girl and there is another 3yr old that lives next door to them.

Ooh at least you're ready enough if she arrives early! She doesn't need a room just yet hey! I have to double up my nursery as a laundry room too - it's either that or double up ours, can you believe it, he's is bigger!! ha... How are the dogs adjusting? Jack has been good being locked out of our bedroom at night but as soon as he hears the alarm he is outside the door like a shot waiting to be bought in and cuddled, I know there will be me, Robert, the baby and Jack in the bed by the end of the year!!

We went to Sam's today and got our membership. Picked up diapers and wipes. Then we got some other crap I wanted. They have an awesome dining table and chairs there that I totally want! And it's only $460!!! I love it but we need to get a stove, and it's sorta one or the other. Although the stove is $650! Maybe once my hubby gets his bonus in June we can go get it. Hopefully they'll still have it available! Ya never know. Anyway, it does sound like you have so much to do! It'll keep you busy and time will go by soooo fast! Before you know it your little girl will be here! May will be a really busy month for us too. I can't believe that May starts on Thursday! Craziness!!!! Oh, I haven't been sleeping that great. Mostly because Malachi hasn't been sleeping that great. This morning I was dead tired. My energy runs out quick now!

My doctor was on vacation when I was admitted to the birthing center for the two days. So I saw both doctors that work when Dr Bowen is on call. I got to go to work today and could only sit at my computer. So I have someone that works under me and she gets to do pretty much all the running for me. It is kind of nice putting all the resposiblility on someone elst and not doing to much. How are you doing//???
