She is coming in 1 week and 4 days.. i cant believe it.
Girl, dont worry you will get use to it. And as time goes she will sleep more and you will get more sleep. Your life isnt over.. its just begining..
I am truly excited i cant wait untill she comes...

well you should be gettin induced today! I cant wait to see pics! Yes everyone is different, I never wore maternity but I also wasnt down to my normal size either. I had a big baby! Hope all is well...and early congrats!

Oh and one more thing......you will still look about 6mos prego afterwards.....it will take your uterus a bit to shrink back down. My contractions were not that bad...uncomfortble...but not to bad....everyone is different.....but u kinda forget about.

girl you have inrealistic expectations for your weight. I was VERY small before. I mean I wasnt fat after I had her..but it does take a little while for your organs and everything to go back to their normail positions. When I left the hospital I was about 12 pounds lighter....the rest I sweated profusly for about 2 weeks....and the rest just kinda melted off...I was stuck at 120 for a while...then 117 for like almost 2 months....here I am almost 4 months later..and im finally 114lbs.......it takes a little while. I dont look 'fat' but I dont fit in my pre prego stuff either. Give yourself time to heal. I did not get stretch marks while pregnant...i got it afterwards when the weight was coming off....it just came off too fast I think. The stretch marks- if you get them get lighter..some even disappear. Inducing hurt some...and other it doesnt..most I have talk to have had an easy experience....the meds worked wonderfully for me....the aftermath isnt too bad either..lets put it this way.....800mg of motrin did me ok..they off you perkasets I think along with the motrin but I dont like the way those t ypes of pain killers make me feel. I just took it right before med to help. You will be fine...you'll see.

Pushing hurts and contractions hurt and thats it. Just demand that epidural FAST! Its amazing! You can do this though, its not hard just be focussed on your goal save your energy for pushing and dont be afraid to ask for help.

Contractions are going to be uncomfortable no matter what :) But think, when you are done you will have a beautiful baby!!!

Hello, well this is my baby and I have never been induced... all I know is I will be induced next this friday if hes not here... Just make sure they don't use the drug Cytotec to induce because its not FDA approved.... The best advice i have is to walk alot. I am sure it is uncomfortable, but the pressure can help everything move along. ALso, if you can get rest while you have the chance. Congrats... from, me (mom of 6 year old, 3 year old and 6 week old) :)

Hey I read your comment and contrations can do anthing really I didnt know what they where but I have been having them since I was 34 weeks. When your just walking or sitting around and your belly its in like a LIL ball. Thats a contration. Im only a 1cm and goin on 41 weeks and the DR doesnt think i can go into lador by myself. So im getting induced Monday morning at 6. But you can still go into lador at anytime. When they baby is ready it will come out. and you dont even have any signs . But when you get a contration YOU WILL KNOW. I had a BAD one the night before i went to the Dr and thats when I was a 1cm . it just feels like the baby is riping out.. Its crazy!!! You dont have much longer!!!! GOOD LUCK!

well good luck, i dont know what you could have heard bad about an epidural it was wonderful for me it kinda stigs putting it in but its nothing like contractions. I was like you though i hadnt felt anything, not one contraction ar nothin. i was 4 days over due and thought i would definately make it to my induction date, but no, two days earlier, my doc was the same they only induces at 41 weeks and that really frustrated me, but he came when he was ready and i guess for days really isnt too bad, although i know when I was pregnant it felt like forever but its past and i have a beautiful baby boy named Tage. So good luck and im sure by now youve had her by now.

It was 2 seperate statements being induced is more 'painfull' than natural because the contractions come on faster/harder... but don't worry its no big deal i am done and ready to go again! lol! good luck enjoy your daughter.

Well they just wanna make sure the baby is alright ... they told me when the baby is moving the wanna see the heartbeat raising... i duno what they would do for u. Anyways goodluck with everything

you know when your tummy gets tight and rock hard, i believe thouse are contractions. Thats how mine started. My stomach got real tight like it has been but that got rythmical for an hour, so then i went for a walk and it kept tightening only with a little bit of pain, and the pain fot a little worse with each tightening, then i started to feel pain in my back and hips with them, keep in mind i never had any of the scares or contractions either, but i was 4 days overdue, i got excited and went to the hospital which sent me home. But the 'tightening' started at 9:00 they sent me home at like 2am maybe 30 min later my water broke, then went to the hospital and i was like 4 cm about 30 min later got an epidural(yes) and then about a hour hour and a half i was 7 cm then about another hour iwas 10 and 100% and ready. Had him at 745 am. So i think that would be like 4 maybe 5 hrs. 6 pounds 11 ounces 19 and a half inches. Epidurals are amazing!!!!!!!! i dednt feel a thing i was like 7 cm! wow! 10! wow! definately recomend it, kind of having a hard time healing though, your time will come sweetie, i know how anxious you are though.

Oh and they only gel your cervix if your not softening........so my knowledge I havent heard of anyone saying that hurt. I didnt have to have that part done. Remember though if you have to be induced it can be a long process....I started on my own but needed help....and it was a long process. Bring PLENTY to do...or even catch up on sleep..you will need it!

You know its funny you asked about the epi hurting......Out of it all...I was SOOO TERRIFIED about the epi hurting. Something about a needle and catherder going into my spine that just didnt sound great. But you know...I ghuess I was expecting it to be alot worse, and it actually disappointed me because it really didnt hurt all that bad. The whole labor experience was alot better than I thought. Everyone is different....trust me, I thought I wouldnt know...but you know your body, and you will know when it is time. Im a small person too. Im barley 5ft, pre preg weight was 104....and I pushed out an 8lb kid....you can do it!

Hey, I am due this friday.. the 21st! I have a cold/flu/sore throat/ear ache!! I'm so miserable right now and I wanna cry... i cannot sleep and i'm just so uncomfortable!! I cant wait till this baby is here and so i can feel a bit better! So you are sick too? I am sorry, i know how much it sucks!! You must be getting very anxious and excited!! I have an apt tuesday so i hope that they give me an induction date incase my little boy decides he wants to be late! good luck with everything!

Hey there :o) I'm scheduled for a c-section tomorrow, because my little one decided to be breech. I wasn't nervous at first, but now I can't sleep and I'm starting to freak out! Ah, I know it will be so worth it in the end...good luck to you and your little one. I'll be posting as soon as I'm able :o)

yeah at first i wasnt sure what was goingon, but those intense pains in the groin area, i can say for me, it feels like lightning, or somebody trying to pull my insides out through my crotch, those pains are cervix pains and iguess it means our cervix is softening up a little. My baby is taking forever too. Im not worried about how much induction urts, they way i see it, birthis going to hurt no matter what! I dont know if youve been sitting, and felt the baby move, like shes pressing her back against your stomach? THATs sorta what the first contractions feel like, like maybe its just the baby pressing herself against you? but then it gets really regular and the back pain starts, or at least thats how it was with me. everytime i felt somehting i was like is that it? is that what it feels like? it drove me nuts.

the crazy crampy feeling is what I would start with. I didnt know what a contraction was until ast week, but it started oiut feeling like really bad period cramps in my back that turned into a burning tightness in my belly that held or awhile. You'll know when it happens.

well i dont know if having my membranes swept worked or of o was just ready. Teusday i was 40+4 when i started having contractions about 5min apart that night, i went to the hospital and they sent me home. Thirty minutes after i got home with very painful contracions my water broke needless to say i went back and had my baby at 745 Wednesday morning, so it can happen. I thought it would never be over but now it is. Painful healing proscess though. Good luck.
