Hi! My name is Heather and I'm 29 yrs old. This is my second pregnancy, my first was in 2001 and I have a beautiful little daughter. I thought this was a very interesting website and hope to learn from all of you other mommies-to-be. During my first pregnancy, I didn't really have much to do with the internet. Monday, October 22nd

Well, I just got back from my checkup appt... and the doc said that everything was going along great! I had my NT scan back on Oct. 11th and that turned out awesome! I was so nervous about it... the risk for just my age range was 1 in 375. But once they did the bloodwork and the u/s, my chances decreased big time to 1 in 9000 for DS and 1 in 10001 for Trisomy. What a relief!
