Tuesday, 10 June Donnie could be the middle name or vice versa. You could still call her Trinity. Lots of people go by their middle name. Mizzy -
Tuesday, 10 June Donalee Snugglebug -
Tuesday, 10 June That is a pretty name, I think. If I think of any others, I'll certainly share them. ;) Jaclyn82 -
Tuesday, 10 June why dont you just do that name as a middle name if you dont like it to much? Snugglebug -
Tuesday, 10 June Saw your post about the name. Maybe Donnika? There's a female race car driver that's named that, although I probably didn't spell it the same. Just a thought. ;) Or maybe Donniella? It would sound like Donyella. Those are just ones that popped into my head that sound decent to me. Good luck! :) Mizzy -

Monday, 9 June I like Trinity so much and changing it to Donnie would be hard for me as well, I understand it's his mothers name but it is kinda old school for this time.. dont know about it as a middle name, but of course it's up to you..tell your Hubby you have bonded with Trinity and changing it wouldnt feel right for you GoonieMomma -
Wednesday, 4 June I think any good vet will do it for a very small fee: they do it to bulls all the time. A man is small game! Or you could just do it like they do w/ puppy dog tails: tight rubber bands which eventually cause them to fall off.
Sorry, a little anti-male from reading all the week 30 posts lately! Just gotta make sure I raise this little weiner correctly! Yesterday Shawn and I were on a walk and saw a boy picking up a neighbor girl- sitting in his car in the driveway honking. I said, "If HE EVER does that, I'll bash him in the face. Beep at a girl. I never..." izziebo -
Wednesday, 4 June its not boring... its relaxing hehe
iv just woken up from a lovely nap im still sleepy tho hehe xxxx GoonieMomma -
Wednesday, 4 June Kept reading the other posts (man, Jennifer, read the whole conversation, right?). Anyway, I see you know about the reversal. Awesome doc, by the way. Sound like you need a second opinion! Maybe you can find some friends whose husbands have had it done. Just make sure to know ahead of time whether or not they'll advise him pro or con.
My father-in-law had a vasectomy right after my husband was born: in 1978! Back then there was no little surgery like now. It's was a major deal! Anyway, HE still recommends it. And Shawn told me early on that he'd be doing that after we decided to stop having kids. His wording was something like: No need for you to get opened up again (I had laproscopic surgery to remove an ovarian cyst), and it's ridiculous to have you on chemicals (birth control) your whole life. When we're done having kids, he'll be getting it done the day after we have our last kid. Paternity leave will coincide with surgical leave... and we can both have cold cans of beer on our whoo-has! Wednesday, 4 June regarding the yours vs his tubes tied:
Remember, even if he gets his stuff tied up, it's easily reversible. If you're looking for some permanent physical commitment from him to not have any more children, the only way to do it is remove the testicles. And good luck on convincing him to do that! :-) Not trying to hinder, but I think it's more appropriate for the male to have the surgery. Unless you've already scheduled a C-section, a tubal ligation is a much bigger surgery, with higher risk of infection and complications, than a vasectomy!
I have heard of groups of guys doing it together around SuperBowl. Kind of a guy's version of a support group. Then they can keep their cold can of beer between their legs while they help manage the "pain" by sipping another through the game.
I have to agree a bit w/ the other poster, though a bit more delicately. It seems that you may have developed abandonment issues due to what happened earlier in your life. It may well be worth it to get some relationship counseling, between the TWO of you (don't go w/o him!) and face these things together. Sometimes husbands just need to know what support and reassurances you need before they can help comfort you.
Here's to healing old wounds... and maybe some new ones "down under" :-) Take care, lady! izziebo -
Wednesday, 4 June good moening u sexy bitch how you doing today? im in a really happy mood gauging on strawberrys lol mmmmmmm
you got much planed today? xxxxx mickyg0606 -
Wednesday, 4 June I think you are being nice to your husband by offering to get your tubes tied. I told my husband that since I am having all the babies the least he could do is get fixed when the time comes. It is major surgery for women and only minor surgery for a man. pugdunn -
Tuesday, 3 June To you question on Are all vasectomies reversable? YES, they are but they are not the successful ... I read somewhere that it was about 20-30% successful. I hope that this helps

Tuesday, 3 June I was reading your post about getting tubes tied. Are you going to do it when your already at the hospital having the baby? Do you know how complicated it is or what kind of recovery time there is? I've been thinking about doing it too. Oh, and about you wanting you and your husband to get "fixed" togethe. The only thing about that is the man's can be reversed and the woman's can't. I know, sucks huh? Dani1979 -
Tuesday, 3 June Well she didn't say if a car seat was best or not my hubby is getting and Eddie Bauer she was more concerned with safety and said that since kids these days are much bigger in size than back in the day she sees many people buy the seats for that size even though their kid is not secure in that size yet. But I thought you only needed one car seat until they got bigger but she told us to always start off with the infant seat and how to add cushion to that seat if needed to protect the babies neck and private area. pinkb00h -
Monday, 26 May hahah it's ok!! I realized that I didn't have the state up there lol. I actually can't figure out how to do that! pinkb00h -

Good luck to you! ktdid -
Sunday, 25 May i get the same thing. people are like your how far along? you don't look pregnant. i know what that means, they think i normally have a big huge fat tummy! i am overweight but i carry it in my bottom half not my tummy. i have gained less than 10 lbs. sometimes it's frustrating but the people who count know i'm preggers. in a few weeks we will all be popping and everyone will know.
