Well cause I peed, and you know how you can feel yourself pee..well afterwards stuff came out and I couldn't feel myself peeing..so I don't know.

They really just sent me home and told me if my symptoms come back then I have to go back to L&D.. So I go and see my doctor thurs for my final ultrasound so maybe I will get more info..

No it's ok. I would probably take a bath. Cause it's more relaxing and I think that unless you force the water in there it won't just go up there.

Seems to me that a shower would put more stress on your pelvic region given that standing is stressing on that area.

Aww, I figured that about the c-section...but on the brighter side at least that's what you wanted anyway, right? No, I don't know anything about pelvic rest but I'll ask my sister in law if maybe they told her the same. I hope you have her soon so you can be better again!

ol my nan is a nurse am explained how to check my self later on in my pregnancy because i was worried about my bh iv been getting....she just told me to lay on my back or my side with one leg up or squating....exactly like thay ask u in the hospital an with one or to fingers place them inside if u cant feel anything then bubs head or she isnt down enough an u will have trouble finding it so there no point put if u have a little girl who has been head down an half engaged like me it was just right there lol an she said i wont confuse it with anything else it the only thing out of the ordinary up there lol an if it is close it would feel lik hard lips an ur curvix should be hard an long well wen i found mine it is really short an soft an i am able to fit on finger in (one finger is one cm 2 fingers is 3 etc) ..

Omg, I hope you and the baby are okay!!! You should definently go get checked out just to be on the safe side. My sister in law was like 36 weeks and she slipped and fell on a puddle in the mall and she felt fine but she went to the hospital anyway and everything turned out to be okay. So plz just go anyway for peace of mind. And she's also filing a lawsuit cuz there was no sign up. Where were you when this happened? Maybe you can do the same. Anyway, hope everything goes well, keep me posted.

I just did some research on it.....I cant belive how many people are dilated for so long!!! Geezzz..... This is my third baby but I never dilated with my other two, I had my first at 40 weeks(I was induced) My second at 38 weeks(my water broke) and now with him it's been crazy. I was in pre term labor with my second but never dilated, I just had a butt load of contractions that did nothing! lol. They want me on bed rest,yuck! Which is hard to do with two other kids. But we will see. I am so uncomfy anymore... My lower back aches,my tummy hurts, Im crabby,tired and it feels like my privates are gonna just fall out! LOL

Wow~ So the baby might be coming earlier? That is great. I have not moved just yet.... this weekend. I went to GBMC today to take the tour and it was really informative. My babyshower is next weekend..... I hope people show up. Huh- I am so nervous. Take care!

Yea I had some weird doctor..not my own because he was out of town..she said they were BH but yet she gave me a shot because they were real..they said the same thing about being 35 weeks to me too. It sucks,

Well, right now, I am doing the 2x/day lovenox, and if I am right, I will be bumped up to 3x/day of the heparin after tomorrow's appt. like you said (the docs already told me that after Jr is born, I will move to a pill form - THANK GOD!!!)

My biggest fear is getting a spinal amongst all this madness and ending up PARALYZED... What do you think? Have you ever seen anything like that? What do you think they're gonna do on c-section day?

To make matters worse for my worrying, I had 2 diff doctors tell me 2 diff things as far as them putting me to sleep for the procedure or doing a spinal and me staying awake.

Anyway, I go back to see the doctor tomorrow. I cant WAIT to get this over with, and needless to say, I already signed papers to get my tubes tied!! LOL

Thanks for all your input. I will let you know what the doc says tomorrow...
