There is no anger. We tried for a 7 months before I got pregnant. I love my husband and my future kid...I just don't need to turn into a disney character every time somebody asks me about my pregnancy. THAT was the whole point. Enjoying it without being overly excited ALL the time. It's just not part of my nature as a person.

Congrats! I'm having a boy too and am due 8/5 but am also measuring a week ahead. Makes you wonder about how they arrive at the due date...

Congrats on u r baby boy. I am in the same situation as you. My 10 week scan measured me 7-28 but my 6 week scan said 8-5. So its totally upto the baby now :-). I will know another estimate when I go for my big scan next week.

I am not sure about the weight thing myself, I am 5’2 and I am 139lb. I was told I my have a small baby anyway because I have high blood pressure problems and the baby weight may be a little low. I am not sure what they mean by a little low, my other two were 6lb babies. I am sure the baby will be around the same weight, at my u/s they said everything measures well and at the right speed.

I go to the Dr next week and he is planning on going with me unless he gets called into work. So hopefully he will feel better about everything and me too since he has me worrying too.

You know it's funny because I had an early ultrasound done at 12 weeks and I couldv'e sworn I saw his 'parts' in that picture. Sure enough I was right! I wish you luck with getting your boy, when is your ultrasound going to be scheduled?

Thanks for the advice on the delivery. I think you're right on keeping my options open. My mom will be around. I guess I'll just decide in the moment if I want her to stay for the actual birth or not.

Hi there, just wanted to let you know that a friend of mine found out she was having a boy at 13 weeks. He was in just the right position and his boy parts had descended early. At the early stage, it's possible that the fetus could be a boy but their 'bits' are still hidden. However if the tech sees boy bits, theres a good chance it's a boy. No guarantees until the 20 week scan, but if I were a betting gal, I'd say you've got a boy on the way ;) Good luck!
