Let me tell you alittle bit about me. My name is Amanda Simmons I am 18 years old and I haonths.... We are expecting our first child and we are soo excited. He loves the idea of having a child and he loves the idea and being able to take care of something so fragile :D I am crazy in love with the idea of having a child. I can't wait to hold it and look at it and be with it and feed it and change its diapers cause there is nothing that is more loving then a child made from you and the person you love so much. Sam is 29 and has had the same job for almost 9 years. He told his mom that I am pregnant and she is more excited about it then we thought she would be. We are soo excited and will keep you posted :D

So everything with being pregnant is going great. My boyfriend Sam and I are getting so Much more excited about everything I got a job at wal mart being a cake decorator and we found another apartment that we will be moving into May 1st. We are unbelieveably excited to be able to get into our own place and set up baby stuff and get the babies bed and get everything in line and just have fun with being pregnant. I am 20 weeks 1 day today and I can feel the baby move around soo much. Sam has been able to feel it move around alot and that is an awesome feeling to me cause everytime he does he just smiles and tells me how much he loves me and we are just so unbelievably happy. People have been trying to ruin this whole experience for Sam and I and we are so excited we are not letting it happen lmao. We find out April 9th what the baby is going to be so 9 days and we will be able to start calling the baby by its name. I want a girl but have a feeling that a boy would be easier to take care of. I don't know I am really just going to take it one day at a time.

Sam and I went to the ultrasound today and guess what.... ITS A BOY!i!i! It is so amazing to see the baby moving around in there and to actually see it happen while I feel it happen I am sooo excited. I am going to post pictures of the ultrasound pictures asap!i!i! They are so amazing. Xander put his face right up there and just looked at us and knew what was going on it was sooo cute. I am already so in love with my little man and can't wait for him to get here!i!i!

My pregnancy is going by so fast. It seems like just yesturday I had my normal belly and was asking my mom what the pregnancy test meant lol. And now I am huge and feeling the baby kick around and dreaming about things I will be able to do with my little one whenever he gets here. My doctors appt. are going to be comming around more often. I have one wednesday which is exciting but not cause I have alot of questions for my doctor. But I am really excited about everything lol. I am nesting really bad so my apartment is never dirty lol. Sam and I took my little brother and his girlfriend to Branson Landing yesturday and it was so much fun. They got balloon hats made for them and it was so cute. Now before u start awwing my little brother is 6'4 and 17 years old and rachel is 16 lmao.. they are just really cute and not afraid to be goofs like Sam and I. But I am enjoying my pregnancy more and more everyday lmao

Well everything is going really great with the pregnancy. Xander is growing perfectly and I am controlling my gestational diabetes really welll. I am soo glad to ahev the people in my life that are backing me 100% on what I am doing and making sure that Sam and I are taken care of. I know it has been hard on both of us me not having a job anymore, but we have not taken it out on each other. I hate for him to habe all this on his shoulders and I am really trying the best I can to make everything easier lmao.. If that is by cleaning the house getting wic and making sure I look pretty when he gets home lol. We are really excited about the baby and want him here soon lol. But we are going to let him sit in and bake for a bit more so then he is as cute as he can possibly get. But here are some pictures of my baby belly and my baby and me.

So I am almost 39 weeks. Sam and I are happy to say that we are going to the hospital tuesday and we are going to come home this time not with dissapointment like the last three times we went and not with questions about when the baby is going to be here but with OUR baby!!!! We are having a c-section tuesday morning at 7:30 am! I am so excited but kinda sad that my last day of being pregnant I am going to have to spend at home by myself. My mom was suppose to come and stay the day with me but she is having some man problems so... all I can do is hope that my younger brother Chancelor will come and sit with me. Sam and I are so excited abotut uesday and we can't wait to be able to hold our son in our hands and tlak to him and hear him cry and see those cheeks in real life. We are so happy there really isn't any other word for it! I am so ready to be a mommy and am looking forward to the years ahead!!! As soon as I get out of the hospital though I will post pictures of my baby boy on here!!!!! Wish me luck!!!
