Hi everyone! I am a 25 year old, stay at home mom. My DH and I have 3 wonderful children, 1 DD and 2 DS. Last fall we decided we would try for 1 more baby, hoping it would be another girl. After only one month of trying, we were succesful! We all were so exited! I immediately started telling DH that we were having twins. He didnt find that too funny, since that would make 5 kids! In Jan. we went to our first u/s, and sure enough we are 10 weeks with TWINS!!! Even though I had that feeling, it was still a huge shock! Especially for DH! After about a week is all, the shock wore off, and the exitment kicked in. My DD thought it would be 2 girls and therefor she was so happy! In Feb. we went in for our second u/s and Baby A is a BOY! We were unable to tell for Baby B. So we thought ok we can handle a boy and a girl, its ok. So last week, at 18 weeks we had another u/s, and found out we have 2 BOYS!!! I was a little bummed at first, because I really wanted my DD to have a sister. But the most important thing is that they are both healthy and growing strong! There is nothing better in life than to create your own family, and watch them grow!

If anyone has any cute name suggestions, they would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!

How`s my pregnancy doing?

it could also be a couple of strong kicks or head butts to your pelvic bone- which would and can hurt like nobodies business. If so, poking them to move or wearing the maternity belt to lift them up off your pelvis might help too.

with out being able to exam you, i'd have to guess its either Gas or ligament pain. Especially since its getting worse with walking. Lots of pressure down there as you know and have probably experienced before as I see you have several kids already. It can get worse with dehydration as well. Do you use a maternity belt at all? it can really help support your abdomen, especially when you are walking. I bought one at motherhood maternity. It could also be a pinched nerve or sciatica- but it sounds more likely like ligament pain. And if so, the maternity belt should really help. If its really sharp and doesn't go away, then i advise taking this concern to your doctor.

When to pack and what to pack.....

You will know when it is time to start packing. It is a natural instinct that you carry. People refer to it as a part of “Nesting."

I am sure everyone has their own preferences as to what they pack. Myself, I packed a loose fitting outfit, robe, pj's, a few pairs of underwear, socks, slippers, and my own body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, etc... I don't wear my own outfit until it is time to go home. I take advantage of wearing the hospital gowns so I don't ruin my own clothes. I also don't waste my time with makeup or fixing my hair. I did all of that with my first child. When I got home from the hospital I soon realized that I foolishly wasted my resting time just to look good for company or pictures. With my second child, I rested and didn't bother caring about company or pictures. I figured they should understand I just gave birth and I am in fact in the hospital. Pictures looked better as well. They were more natural looking..lol

Good luck to your delivery!

Hi! I just wanted to thank you for commenting about the calcium deposit. I can't help but worry about it. But I was told by the docs that is common and it "could" be a marker for Downs. But I had a 3D-4D and they said she looked perfect and for me not to worry. But how could you not worry when you are told somthing like that? Anyway...I have been praying everyday for a healthy baby girl. I am leaving it in the Lord's hands. I really appreciate your reasurance though. I must say I am at a little ease.

Congrats to you! Keep me posted on you and your little one!
