They dont induce here until 42w0d - and then only very slowly. It takes up to 5 days from first day of induction until delivery(if the cervix or the baby is being stubborn). They try and encourage your body to go into labor, without the pitocin IV and harsh things like that. Only when nothing else seems to work - they start you on those strong meds.

They do monitor you very closely after 41+3 though.

single vials...is what i meant...being that say with the dtap...having those spread out in single doses instead of all at one time. One month the Dipthera, the next the tetanus...and so on and so forth. I will never allow the flu shot to be given, even to myself. I will not allow any shots until they are atleast 6 months old. the MMR...also is done in single doses...and i wont allow that until 2years old. Any shots with live viruses i also will not allow. Here in oregon they give hep b hours after birth...just CRAZY. Like i said, i talk to my dr. and we discuss which ones are really crucial. Also look up "alternative vaccine schedule" there is a site...for that...i dont have it off hand or i would just give it to you...but that one i am going to be using with this baby that i am preggers with now. Basically no shots until they are 2. My babies are very sensitive to the shots and will spike high fevers. I have a son that has been injured by shots already...he got them all, and was given to him on the reg schedule. My other two, i went with a different schedule and they are doing great. Anyhow i hope this helps you :)
