HI EVERYONE!!!

Wow....what a year! My hubby and I just celebrated our one year anniversary a couple of months ago.....and we thought life was perfect......needless to say it is going to be getting a whole lot better in a couple of months!!! We are expecting a little girl! We have finally decided on a name....Brielle, and we can't wait for her to get here!

My first trimester was so rocky! I ended up in the hospital twice, had some un-expected bleeding, and was so sick i ended up loosing about 25 pounds! But all of the pain and misery will have been worth it! Everything is going GREAT now! I love feeling her kick and punch, it is amazing! I especially love it when daddy rests his head on my belly and she decides she doesn't like it......she lets him know with a nice solid punch.....atta girl :)

I think my mom is getting sick of me calling her every 5 minutes with random questions and telling her that she is kicking (again, just like she was 5 min ago) but nevertheless she is so excited to finally become a grandma! Both of our families have been so supportive! What a blessing this has been in our lives!!! I can't wait to see what else is in store for us! Good luck to all!

Well yesterday I had the privilege of taking the gestational diabetes test......it was awful!!! First of all this whole pregnancy sweets of any kind have made me super sick, so to drink something that was more gritty than liquid-y just about put me in my grave! Secondly when I do eat sweets, I get heartburn....oh I was not a very pleasant person! My husband was sitting next to me saying 'oh it's not that bad' and 'only a few more chugs, you can do it'......just one look at him and he got up and left. The poor guy is going to be in more hell than I am when I go into labor! :)

Today for lunch we are going to go and look at babies r us! I love that store! This is were we've picked out the bedding we want for Brielle's crib!!! It is so pretty and definitely girly! My cousin is having a little girl on the 21st of December, it will be so fun to have little girls together! I got to see her nursery earlier this week and it is so cute too! I can't wait until mine is done!!!

Well I never heard back from the doctor about my diabetes test....so I'm guessing that everything looked ok (fingers crossed :)

We are getting more and more excited for her to come, I can't believe how fast time is going by. Kyle loves to talk to my belly and read her bed time stories......it is so adorable! He pretends they have converstations that I can't hear! He is going to be such a wonderful dad! I have been feeling her move SO much! It is so fun! She is actually already on a schedule.....she wakes up at about 9 and is really active for an hour or so, then takes a nap and wakes up again around 12 ish and I usually can feel her the rest of the day......then the best part she is back to sleeping by about 9 every night!!! Lets hope she keeps up this schedule :)

I'm so excited for Thanksgiving! Finally I will have an excuse for eating so much.......eating for two, duh!!! :) But I think I'll skip out on the pie this year :( Sweets give me such horrible heartburn......which is completely devasting, since that was all my diet used to consist of!

Me and my mom are going to.....dun dun dun......go shopping on BLACK FRIDAY!!! Yikes! Are we crazy or what? But I'm super excited, Babies R Us is having a huge sale, and I can't wait to go shopping!!! Keep your fingers crossed that I don't run into any other crazy mad prego women!!! :)
