Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

Congratulations and welcome to the site. I am also 40 and having my third girl. I am doing this a bit differently as in being a single mom this go around. It is scary at times and like you I think about being older and the stress of how things are going to work out. I enjoy being prgnant though, of course I have easy ones so that makes a difference. I worry about how the delivery is going to go though and not sure at all what will be the outcome in the end. I just hope and pray for everything to be just fine. I am having trouble with sugar this time around and not sure what it means. I just keep on trying to be as stress free as possible and enjoy evey minute cause this is definately my last one. I am glad you have a loving husband and children who will be a big support to you. I know I love my children and friends for all their support. Everyone is so excited about the baby coming. I can't help but think it will be alright.

Welcome to the website. I am 35 and pregnant w/ #3. They do make you feel old once your past 35, don't they? My daughter is 8 and is so excited about becoming a big sister. She'll be a lot of help. This is definitely my last one as I hope to enjoy a retirement at point in the future! Congrats on the pregnancy. I'm due December 20th. Have you found out what you're having yet? I don't know yet and fear I won't find out until my August appointment.
