Hi there!!! My name is Katy, I am 22 years old. I was married on February 26th, 2007. I found out I was pregnant in October of 2007 after a few months of trying for a baby. We had complications early in pregnancy resulting in the loss of one of the twins I was carrying. The rest of my pregnancy was pretty normal. We welcomed a beautiful baby girl named Addison Dawn on June 27th, 2008. Weighing 7 lbs, 9 oz and 21 inches long. I absolutly love this site, I have met many great people here. I dont think I could have kept sane during pregnancy without some of my great friends on here!!! I have recently deleted my pregnancy blogs and pictures to start my new life as a mommy, so my page will now consist with new pics and blogs about her.

Hiya Katy ;) Just thought I'd pop in and see how you were doing ;) all is good on my side... finally going to go and buy what I'll need for the hospital bag tomorrow... which is a relief, even though I still technically have 11 weeks left, I prefer to be totally over prepared! LOL, geez, I'm a nightmare.

Boy has been very busy - actually hurt me yesterday, but has eased off today, and is squirming more gently... we play "poke-em" together now.. he pokes me, I poke him back... in my defence, HE starts it ;)

I love your little girl's name! It's so different, and special :) Jay is still dragging his heels... I get the feeling this is going to be one of those "waiting til he's born" things... when it will be a mad scramble to come up with a name.

Anyhoo, I'd best go and get some work done.... course, it being friday afternoon, I feel like it like a hole in the head :P

Feels like I've been hit by the proverbial bus today - I appear to have caught DH's flu or something, but am so not sick enough to stay home... *argh* I hate having a conscience!

STILL not decided on the boy's name... I think J is just procrastinating, but I have a funny feeling I'm going to be vetoed lol. anyway hopefully he'll come up with a name well before labour!

All is good here, I am THRILLED we've got our baby boy! We're hoping to decide the name this weekend... I really like Jared, but I'm not sure if J will go for it... It was just a name I came across and it rang true... we'll see!

How're things with you otherwise? I hope all is going well! I absolutely love your profile pic, and I hope you won't take this badly, but I think you look JUST like Drew Barrymore - such a beautiful woman ;)

Hey, again... I am 32 weeks, and I finally understand why those women around this time are like 'get this baby out!!', it does get uncomfortable... My son is being cute all the time though... I have a sonogram pic from when he was 20 weeks where he's sucking his thumb, it's not 3/d, just reg black and white... but it is adorable... I can't beleive how much i love him....

thanks, I always feel really old with the whole crocheting thing, and really 'mom' with the whole scrapbooking thing, but whatever I love to do them both, I am trying to finish this blanket for my son... it seems to be taking a long time, but I don't work on it consistently, I want to make a few simple blankets for him before he gets here... I think that will be nice because babies can never own too many blankets.... I love to scrapbook too, just to save memories... It is encouraging that I FINALLY found some non-destructive hobbies... Well 99 days to go for you? getting closer... congrats on your beautiful little family!!!!

wic is women, infant, and children. you get free formula, diapers, milk, all that stuff. im not taking maternity leave tho. im quitting altogther. i want to take a few months off, not only the 6 weeks. and were moving so id have to quit.

my bf goes to school and works 4 days a week as a host making eight bucks. thats NOT going to help us much, when hes about 90,000 in debt. money from the gov? like wic? were going to try and get on wic, but im not a citizen, and sometimes they dont care about you if youre not american.

im not taking maternity leave, im quitting. were moving when ill be 38 weeks, so theres no point. im not sure when to quit tho. i guess when i really cant take it anymore. i might be getting induced at 37 weeks because of the move, but if so, then ill try and work til 36 weeks. highly doubt ill make it tho. im already thinking about quitting. but i neeeed the money

no im not on bedrest, which i thought was REALLY weird, cus they started happening while i was at work. and yesterday at work they got kind of bad. they said i probably wont carry to term, but theyre always wrong lol, so im not freaking out about it.

yeah, it was pretty intense. they didnt tell me anything really, and then they wheeled in all the baby stuff for delivery. i was like umm?! but they got the contractions down to every 10 mins. they were 4 to 5 mins apart. still sucks having them every 10 mins tho :[

yeah im not into the whole churchy thing either lol. um heh pregnancy has been insanely awful. ive had bronchitis since i was 2 months, the flu 4 times since christmas, and i almost had my babygirl last week :/ bleh.

That is awesome that you can get a 3-D ultrasound. I think that sucks for me though. We don't have that hear yet. I wish that they did. I am so jealous. I hope the best for you. Good luck.
