Hi ladies!! So I'm getting really excited!! This morning I lost part of my mucous plug, it was brown tinged and the size of a quarter. I've been crampy all day today with contractions on and off (feeling sort of menstrual like) and then just about an hour ago, I lost another huge glob (lol sorry tmi) and it was blood tinged. I'm getting anxious -- what do you think is happening?????

hi there! when was your shower? mine was this past weekend too on Sept 13th! It was alot of fun, so many things to open! lol I hope you enjoyed yourself, how are you feeling? My doctors say that I wont go the entire term because she has been head down for the past 3 weeks, we will see!

I love your furniture! We chose the same color, as well as adult furniture too. They told us 6-10 weeks for the furniture to arrive, which means with our luck it'll be arriving in the mid of October! YIKES!! Kandace - Wednesday, 17 September
Oh that is wonderful your baby shower went GREAT! Mine is 9/27 so not too much longer. I am hoping I go into labor on Halloween and have her on 11/1 but since we have no control I guess we will have to be patient (Ha ha). Im glad you guys are doing good. We did get the crib, however, one part was faulty so it's not put together yet. I will post new pictures once the room is more complete.
My mom is throwing me a shower in October actually, pretty close to my due date because she is renovating her house right now... so it's pushing it! But if worse comes to worst, she is going to rent a hall or room of some sort to hold the party.
I can't believe that that is the national policy... but thankfully you are still getting some benefits. I totally agree about women who have to go to the office everyday. Not even just about the energy it takes but the money spent on buying new work clothes etc... yuck! And it's great that your bosses are so supportive :) Working from home is great.
Have you gotten everything you need for baby so far?

Wow! I too work from home but lately can't even manage that! I still am dealing with guilt issues for it, but everyone keeps trying to jam in my head that every pregnancy is different and that I should just relax... it's so hard to do when you're a total go-getter all the time. I should be able to do everything in my mind, but oh well. I commend women like you who can do it all :)
I am very blessed to have the year; it's actually a standard across Canada to have about 15-17 weeks for pregnancy leave, then an additional 35-37 weeks for parental leave. I am surprised at how little time you get! Is that a state regulated thing? Either way, any time we have dedicated to them will be so precious; we just need to appreciate every moment!

Thats a bummer your having restless legs. That cant be fun but hey not too much longer now, right. Its crazy we will be holding our baby girls in 2 months. I have a lot of pubic bone pain. It hurts to walk sometimes but the doctor says there isnt much I can do about it except rest. It depends on how she is positioned. Overall I cant complain too much. As long as she is healthy thats all I care about. I'll deal with the pain. Lol.

Oh my gosh, how exciting 3.5 pounds. Woo Hoo. I go to my doctors appt tomorrow then for an ultrasound next week I believe so I will get to see how much she weighs now. Yeah! We are doing great, getting tired again but hey not too much longer now.
I cant believe we are both going to get to hold our little girls in the next couple months. My hubby and I went to our first Lamaze class last night (ha ha). It was interesting. I knew most of the stuff but its always good to hear someone say it out loud. We go for the next 2 Tuesdays so I'll let you know how it goes. Are you guys going to take classes?

thats a cute name ... well the frist pregnacy we were going to name our daughter bella ... but we know how that went so .... but my husband likes the name Summer for a little girl soo it took me awhile but now i am in love with it ... now we just need to know what we are having ...lol
