I am so excited to be a mommy. Me and my husband have been married for about 7 months and are expecting our first child the beginning of December. My due date is December 24, but we are being induced three weeks early due to my diabetes. Everything is going great so far. Thank god... our past pregnancies (neither one successful) were both very bumpy roads. I guess in our case third time really is a charm.

So... at my last doctors appointment and ultrasound my due date was moved up two weeks... that means i will be induced the end of November now instead of the beginning of December. I guess it just means that we will get to meet our baby sooner rather than later. Baby Savanna's room is pretty much done... We still have to buy a crib and a few other items but decorating wise I think we are done.. had to get creative because we rent and cannot paint the walls... I get to quit working the end of this month- on doctors orders!!!!!! Yay!!!! I'm so tired of working full time I cannot wait! I don't know what I am going to do with myself for a month though... probably lots of cleaning, and recleaning... lol. I finally got the date worked out for my baby shower... November 3rd... someone was supposed to be planning it for me but that kind of fell through so my wonderful hubby has been doing a lot of it.
