Please click this link and vote on a name for us!! THANKS!!!!

How`s my pregnancy doing?

We both appreciate everyone who voted and gave us input on the different baby names! We decided today to use a name we had slotted for a middle name as the first name. Also, I agreed to go with the Celtic form of another name for the middle name because Sean loves it. So....her name....unless we change our mind AGAIN...will be....drum roll..................................Lilli Morrigan Patton :)

FYI I had a grandmother, the family rock who died on my 28th birthday (yes, that very morning). She was German and her name was Cilli....pronounced "Silly" if you can believe it. I wanted to honor her with the name I chose because I feel she is my angle. Lilli was as close as I could come so it just felt right putting it first :)

I'm with you on the world spinning too fast, too. I've been so tired, achy, and feeling just plain weird. I'm so glad that I finished the nursery and am fortunate enough to have time off work since I teach. I don't think I could do it any more. I never imagined I'd be this wiped out. I went to my birthing class today and was told that it might be very soon for me as the head's fully engaged...yikes! I'm excited but nervous.

Thank you so much for your very, very sweet comment on the nursery! We worked hard on it (and stayed on a pretty tight budget). Thank god for the grandparents buying the furniture and rug (and to one of my student's parents for giving me her old rocker). We had fun with the colors and the art. :-D I can't wait to see yours, too. I'll bet it'll be pretty and classy.

Thank you for your reply! These symptoms are such a mind game -- but only b/c I'm letting them be. I should just enjoy it all, you're right. Pregnancy can be such a roller coaster ride for a worrier like me!

I know, I am getting ready now, feel big and heavy and a bit fed up of being pregnant! Ready to get on with the next stage now!
I am well thanks - hope that you are doing ok too...
apart from being ready to give birth!

My guy is scared he will make me go into premature labor. It's just a guy thing, they can be insensitive sometimes as much as they try to be understanding.

Hiya, It is like a guey blob of stuff, sometimes it has tinges of pink in it. Some women doint notice loosing it, I noticed mine after I had been to the toilet and it was in my knickers. Sorry if tmi!!! Hope this helps you out!

I'm great! I'm putting together my baby's room, and I love it! Have you begun yours?

I feel like a domestic goddess these days, which is weird given that I'm generally a workaholic. It's a nice shift.

Your baby name choice is lovely, by the way!

Thank you for taking the time to write to me. I really appreciate it. Before last week, I knew very little about GD, so it was hard to deal with. It's nice to hear that lots of healthy mommies and babies have pulled through it. How are you these days?

Hey girl - feeling good but gotta say, I would be very happy if our baby was born early. I like being pregnant and all, but I'm just so excited to meet him that I can hardly stand the anticipation!
Have ya'll moved yet?

is that a common symptoms of dialating?? Its been going on all day. I'm ok when I lie down but I feel so weird when I get up. Even just now, I was folding laundry and I felt sick, like I was going to throw up, then my stomach started hurting again and I rushed to the bathroom. It feels like something heavy is on my chest.

Congratulations on your new house! Your baby is so sweet in the ultrasounds...

thepar - Saturday, 21 June
Rachel, the ultrasound pics are so cute! I hope you had a fun experience there. We had ours on June 17th - so much fun. I can't believe I have to wait until he's born before I get to see him again!

Hope all is going well with the packing/moving...

oh you sweatheart. that is a lot to do. i have been feeling really well, almost back to normal from my back accident last year and my flexibility is back to normal but i have been warned by docs its the relaxing hormones that are doing it & not to do to much. my calf muscles are just starting to get flickers so if i walk too much ( like yesterday) i end up with my right leg cramping up with my foot rigid. last night it lasted 45 mins. it realeases and cramps all on its own. really freaked me out. & its painful!!!! my bf & i were trying to push down on my foot to make it go down for over a minute before it would then i would get 3 seconds relief before it did it again. body is incredible. are you getting enough rest?? at least you will have time off when you move! have to get all your friends involved! xx
