you are a tough cookie! im proud of us that make it through the emotional stress without letting it take hold of us. my car is giving me issues too. my engine started smoking and it is an arm & a leg to fix. one thing after another....but we keep on trekking. Take care, wish you the best

I know how you feel to an extent. At least my hubby is here. But we had to move in with my parents and we just had our car repo'd. We do have a car but of course it is the 2 door smaller car. But I keep trying to see the good like we are all heathly and at least we have a roof over our heads. Keep optimistic, someday it will get better and we will be stronger b/c of it :)

I say 'screw her', hehe she's probably just upset that she isn't back in this stage that's probably the "fun stage" where you get things from people, showers, attention.. afterwards it's just you and the babe' (which is great and lovely and I can't wait because I don't even get a 'real shower') so you know.. I hear alot of times it's hard for certain moms because the baby is gettin' all the attention and they miss the attention they got when the baby was still in them. So I'd brush it off and have FUN at your shower girly! Forget what everyone else says, who cares it's just words! (Or faces.. hehehe) Take care!

When breastfeeding you have to keep eating/drinking/taking the type of medication that you did while pregnant. The same rules apply.

I went to a breast feeding class last week and they told me if you feed your baby before you drink anything, then have your drink by the time the baby needs to be fed again, the alcohol should have passed through. But my teacher said only 1 drink. If you have more then you should pump and dump.

First I wanted to say you have the support of all of us here on the site. No one ever thinks of going through the joy (ok sometimes) and birth alone. Second you are a strong woman. It may not seem it now but you are. You have the love and support of your three children who adore you. And one to come.

About your question on drinking coffee...My doctor told me as long as I keep it to 2 cups a day, I could have it. And that is what i've done. I to this day, have 2 cups a day and there has been nothing wrong with my little one. One of my sonogram days, I had two cups very close together and my baby slept, didn't move at all while the sono was going on....so I wouldn't worry about one cup. But if you are so unsure, call your dr. Hope that helps ya....Take care.

I am 30 weeks and 3days but my baby itself (not my belly b.c i am very small) measures at 33 weeks. My dr said he could come 3 weeks early by that! yay! lol
