Hello! My name is Brittany Millsap. I am expecting my second baby on July 10, 2009. My husband Gene and I have been married a little over 7 months now and we already have beautiful baby girl named "Lillianna Rose". She was born 12 weeks premature on June 23, 2008. She is a spunky little girl like her momma and she had no lasting effects from her early birth. I hope to be able to carry this baby to term.

Well ladies, I just found out this afternoon that we are expecting baby number 2! We were so happy! I just hope that I am able to carry this little one to term. At this point I dont care if its a boy or a girl just so long as it is healthy!

My Symptoms so far

I have been feeling the typical nauseau that I did with Lilly, although I havent thrown up any yet, with her I was sick constantly from the get go. My BBS are sore, more so than they were with my first PG. I have the frequent urination and slight tiredness, not overwhelming at this point. And a vague achiness in my lower pelvic area, which I had when I was PG with Lilly.

Monday morning I am going to the Health Department and taking a test there so that I can get back on WIC. And then I am going to call my OB/GYN and schedule my first appointment with him so that I can "Officially" Confirm my due date. As it stands according to my LMP on October 3rd, 2008 it looks like I will be due on July 10th, 2009. Just a few short days after Lillys first birthday. I will update this page weekly througout my pregnancy.

DH and I have been contemplating baby names even before we knew we were expecting again this time. We have already narrowed it down to these choices: (Who knows it could change in the future, but for now these are our choices)

Noelle is my middle name, so that is why we have chosen it.

Monday, Nov. 10th, 2008

Well I called my OB doc this morning (the same one who delivered Lilly) and I have my first appointment scheduled for Nov. 17th at 1:30 p.m. I will probly get a sonogram that day as well. Cant wait to see the little bean! I went to the Health Dept today and got signed up for WIC. They did a PG test and since I am so early it showed up really light positive, at first she thought it was Negative and she called in another nurse and when she looked at it she said it was def. positive it was just light because I am so early. Of course that doesnt stop me from worrying, I already told you gals Im a worry wart! lol I will feel better once I see my little bean on the sonogram and know everything will be ok. I am def. hoping for a boy this time! Ill update as soon as I know more!

I went to my OB doc this afternoon for my first checkup for this pregnancy. My due date was correct according to my LMP. Everything looked fine except when we got to the Ultrasound. At first she did a Sonogram on my belly, and she couldnt see anything so she wanted to try the Transvaginal doppler, so we did that and all we could see was a gestational sac, no yolk sac and no fetal pole. No baby. So..she said that she thinks it is just too early, (I should be 6wks 3 days) and she has me scheduled to come back on the 1st of December for a repeat sonogram. I am so hoping that everything is ok with this baby. I broke down in tears on the way home. All this evening I have been doing a lot of research and some of it looks good and some doesnt. I found a wonderful website for women who have miscarried or may be having a miscarriage. I hope that isnt the case with me, but I wanted to share this site with you:
