Hi there,
I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.
We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.
If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.
You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Monday, 29 September Thank you! You really don't have much to be worried about with the c-section. I was scared too and had no idea what to expect. Getting the spinal did not hurt, but I felt really weird for the first 5-10 minutes after I got it. It's a strange feeling not being able to move... I almost got sick a few times, but as long as you tell them they will give you medicine in your IV line... I felt absolutely NOTHING as far as the surgery went.. It was great.. It went pretty quickly. I shivered uncontrollably from the time they put the IV in my arm until about an hour and a half after surgery. They said that was most likely due to the shift in hormones. Once again, that was nothing... I had my surgery at 1am.. They took my catheter out that afternoon and I was able to get up and walk. I've experienced very little pain. The hospital gave me motrin and perkoset... I take it once in a while, but I am amazed at how little pain I have experienced thus far. I am a big baby and this has been pretty easy!! Good luck! newyear -

Saturday, 30 August I saw your question and I was told that a tear is better because you dont tear to the muscle but if they cut you the cut the muscle also. I was also told that a tear heals better. I went to one of Shari Daniels birthing classes while I was in Miami and they is what she advised us. God willing she will be delivering my baby. Good Luck. McCoys418 -

Thursday, 10 July I'm glad the doctor said it was normal. My little girl has been picking up in activity as well. I think maybe she knows when I'm lounging around so she figures it's a good day for her to get some rest. sunshine81607 -
Monday, 7 July That's funny. My little girl has been the same way on the exact same days. Although she is moving much more today - Thank god! How's your little girl doing today? haleyd226 -

Saturday, 7 June 3D ultrasound pics are easier to make sense of than the traditional ultrasounds. Some turn out really nice. If you want to see mine, visit my profile - one of the photos is my 3D u/s at 19 weeks. nimzm2b -
