I know what you mean about missing some adult interaction...I am also off for a year. I attend some community events for baby & Mom. There is a weekly BF clinic and a bi-monthly rhyme time sessions and they are both good places to get out and interact with other Moms and give your baby the opportunity to interact with other babies and kids. We both love it.

hey!! same exact with me too with the bf. i was crying everyday bc of bleeding and all. it was awful. my baby is 4 1/2 mos old, 16.4 lbs, 28 inches, such a healthy boy and thats ALL that matters:):)

My hair loss is disgusting too!! I find it everywhere's. The other day there was hair wrapped around my sons suckie...I was so disgusted but I don't know what to do. It literally comes out in clumps when I shower or brush my hair. I have always had a pet peeve with finding hair and it's driving me nuts. If you find something that works please let me know:)

I took my boys to the barber once and someone brought in there baby girl to shave her head, they said it grows back quicker. I couln't shave a girl though. As for your hair my bf had her hair falling out after the birth of her second son, she just kept taking her prenatals. I would ask at your next hair apt.

Thanks for your comment on tummy sleeping . . . again today he wakes up everytime I try to flip him over so I'm trying to settle for checking him a lot. I know everyone of our generation slept on their bellies and made it, so maybe I just worry too much!

Yeah after I saw the post about it I rememeber seeing something about a mesh one.. right now I have nothing in his.. I think Im going to go and get the mesh one today also.. he moves so much at night Id hate to see him get causght up and wake himself up..

my little guy does the same thing, wakes up and eats like he's never eaten before. I'm praying it's a week growth spurt and keeping my fingers crossed!

We actually have a good thing going. Malone goes to bed around 7:30 and sleeps until 5:30 or so. Then she has 3 short little naps throughout the day, usually. Some days she fights it off and only gets one or two. Yesterday she wouldn't nap after 2, but she went to bed for good at 6:30. And she still slept until 5:30, so I can't complain either. There are so many moms out there who still have to wake up a few times a night. We're lucky ducks!

abou the bumper question I saw you posted on babyhelton and wanted to share this with you, I would not put the bumper in... but then I am so worried about SIDS myself.. Holy cow! A 4 hour nap! That's crazy long. I wouldn't be complaining about sleep issues if you can get a 4 hour nap. I'm lucky if I can get 1 hour.

At his 2 month appt for shots, he weighed 16lbs 8 oz. On Wednesday that will be a month ago. And I know hes gained weight since then. He wears 9months or 12months. How about your precious one?
