hello!
im being induced because baby is not growing fast enough, they think the placenta is not able to provide enough nourishment. she is acyually in the 5 percentile because she was meausring only 4 pounds and 15 oz when i was 34 weeks and should've been meausuring around 6 ponds. anyhow, doc says all signs indicate healthy but small baby. she just wants to induce because she will do better out here!

Yes... I was just at the hospital for observation and her heart stopped and came back very weak....it was about 6-7 minutes later I was holding her! Very unexpected and I did not even have my purse on me! It was a terrible experience in the not knowing what was ging on and the urgency, but holding our little girl and seeing her now is just perfect!

The only thing that has helped the itch for me is Gold Bond lotion that is in a green bottle and has menthol in it. Then I sit in front of the fan until my skin is frozen. I have started taking Ursadiol and have been on it for about three weeks now. It hasn't gotten rid of the itch, but it has made it much more bearable. You will be done with it soon! :)

HI i just read your comment about your liver or kidney or something see i cant even remember and i just read it! I have been itchy everywhere this whole pregnancy. Can you tell me if this is just a certain area and that is why they are inducing because I cant stop itching and its driving me effin nuts!

hey i read ur comment u posted on week 32.im also 32weeks and i have high blood pressure. doctor has me taking labetalol and nifedipine. but i could tell you it will help eat ur food with less salt. ive been doing this and has helped me alot to deal with this

Hello, I had the same problem on Wednesday. I went in and my BP was high as well. They had me lay on my left side for 5 min and re-took the BP again and it went down. I have to do a 24 hr urine test and blood work. I went back on thurs. and my BP was still high. They are having me in on Monday and on Thurs. They didnt find any protein in my urine though, but they want to keep an eye on me. I had 2 cousins this year have Pre-eclampsia and had their babies taken at 24 & 28 wks. They are not sure if it is hereditary or not, better safe then sorry! Good luck, keep me posted on your progess!

I had preeclampsia with my first son. Basically it is hypertension. Protein in the urine, high blood pressure, swollen body parts, blurred vision etc are some of the symptoms. I was put on bedrest but because that was not successful was put in hospital at 32 weeks. I landed up having baby early at 34 weeks cause it also prevents the baby from developing like it should. He was born at 3 pound 10 oz and was perfectly fine. No issues. He was in a nicunit for 12 days and today he is a strapping smart wonderful almost 6 year old! I had borderline pre-eclamsia with my first pregnancy and got put on bed rest until they induced me at 37 weeks. They will probably check your blood pressure over the next week or two and if it is still high----put you on bed rest.

I used to get that with my boys. A few times their feet did get stuck, and that HURTS. As soon as the kicking starts, try and sit up straight and put your hand near your ribs to not let her feet get up there. This pregnancy I haven't had that problem ....yet. He's still head up. :(

I just found out that my glucose test results weren't great either! I am going next Friday to do the 3 hour test. I am hoping it was the salty french fries I ate an hour before. Good luck with the test!!

Thanks! I find that when I floss too, it's like a pool of blood fills my mouth, its the worst, i'm gonna go out and buy a good mouthwash though!

Me too. Was your sono clearly a girl? Did it have those 3 lines that people talk about? I could not see it on mine last week. So for some reason I still have a feeling that it could be a boy, but we'll see again on Jan.7
