Lucas Ryan was born Monday, 18th Feb 08 @ 1pm weighing 8lb 5oz... After being induced as the little fella was 12 days overdue, it took him 2 and a half hours to enter the world. He is adorable, and no trouble what so ever...

23 WEEKS PREGNANT

This week I am feeling really tired, and have gotten even bigger. People keep saying "Are you sure there is only one in there?". I am really feeling it at work and I really don't think i'll make it to 36 weeks to finish up and start maternity leave. We'll see anyway. All of a sudden I am needing to go to the toilet alot, and once or twice at night. I am also getting heartburn!!! I love being pregnant but I'm really feeling it early this time. Lots of kicks too, I love the feeling of my baby moving. I have the name Declan Ryan for a boy in mind and Bianca Gloria for girl, but that could change again soon...

32 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi everyone, I haven't updated my page for a LONG time, so very sorry about that. I can't believe I have only 8 weeks left omg! I finish work Friday, 21st December, looking forward to that. I have been struggling alot with this pregnancy, I've been seeing a Osteopath for my back and it hasn't helped much. The doctor said the only thing that will fix it is having this baby. The heat has hit me bad, and I am tired constantly. But I'm still very happy within myself and I am looking very forward to meeting my baby, boy or girl. Names have changed AGAIN, we have Nicolas or Charlie for a boy and Kaylee or Stephanie for a girl. I don't mind George too... Anyway, looking forward to xmas, I have all my shopping done. I hope everyone is well xxxx

34 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi again, I hope everyone had a great xmas and a happy new year. I'm so over it now and happy its over. It was all fun but extremley tiring. Brayden had me up xmas morning @ 6am, which was fine, but by 10am I was ready for bed!!! We didn't do anything for new years eve, stayed home with the kids and partied lol... I had a doctors appointment yesterday and the doctor still thinks that the baby hasn't turned, apparently it feels too soft for a head down below! So I am having an ultrasound Friday to see what position he/she is in. It is still giving me lots of hard kicks, and moves lots during the day, and sleeps all night (hope it stays that way). I must have ate too much over xmas coz I've now altogether put on 9.6 kilos omg. Anyways, will keep you all updated. Have a great 2008 xxx

36 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi again, the baby is officially head down. I thought he/she was but the doctor wasn't sure. It is a big baby too, it weighed 6lb 14oz and was measuring 1-2 weeks bigger than what I am. It's head was measuring @ 38 weeks. A little scary for me!!! I almost have everything ready, just have to put the cradle up and get the pram off layby and where all prepared. I haven't been venturing outdoors much latley with the heat, staying inside under the air cooler works for me. We have pretty much decided finally on a boys name "Archie Randall" and the girls is a toss up between "Bethany Joy" or "Bridee Michelle". Take it easy ladies xxx

39 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi everyone, everything is going well. I just can't wait for my baby to be born, i'm getting so anxious its driving me crazy!!! Last Wednesday I had a doctors appointment and my blood pressure was 145/95 so she sent me straight to the maternity hospital to see if bubs was alright. It was really weird coz I felt fine and my blood pressure has been great so far. Anyway, I got there and bp had gone back down and my bubby was fine thank god. My next doctors appointment is on Monday morning, and then on Thursday I see my obstertrician. Hopefully he will book me in to be induced on the Monday 11th Feb which will make me 5 days over. I mean I could go anytime now but Brayden was 5 days late induced and Locky was 6 days late on his own, and I really don't want to go too far over. I have a feeling i'll go early, but I had that feeling with Locky too. Throughout this pregnancy I've been feeling that its a girl, but as I get closer I think its a boy now. I really don't care coz I've only ever imagined myself with boys, but coz its my last a girl would be nice too. If its a boy its defiantly Archie Ryan now, but girl we are still deciding and will wait to decide if the time comes. I'm so excited, I can't wait to hold my baby. Brayden started school yesterday, he loved it. I didn't cry, but it was very emotional knowing that my little boy is growing up so quickly... Anyway ladies, next time i'm on i'll have the news for you. Good Luck to everyone else due in the next few days xxx

40 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS PREGNANT

I can't believe i'm still pregnant, but yes its true I am. I have no problems so I've only been booked in for Monday 18th Feb to be induced (hopefully shouldn't have to worry about that). That will make me 12 days over!!! I am exausted and I haven't really slowed down at all, every day that passes I use to my advantage and do housework that needs doing eg. cleaning out cupboards, going through kids toys, cleaning walls etc. I have everything ready for bubs, so its basically just a waiting game now... I have put on 13 kilos with this pregnancy, my first I put on 15 kilos and then my second it was 14 kilos, so I've done well I reckon! We haven't decided on a girls name, we have a few in mind, Mikayla being the newest one, but Archie is still the boys name. Anyway, once again I'll say next time i'm on i'll have the good news for you all. Take care and good luck xxx

Hello, monday isnt very far away now, says she who has already had her baby! I hope that it all goes well and I cant wait to hear what you have had and hear about your experience, We are going well, Tayla is a very good girl, just feeding every 3 to 4 hours still and sleeping. We had our first shopping trip today and we had so many people stopping us to see her and comment on how beautiful she is which was nice but I didnt really like strangers looking at her, thats the protective Mum thing I suppose, I love being a Mum so much, it is so nice to wake up and see her face all the time and hear all her funny noises she makes! I am glad to hear that Brayden has settled in well at school and poor Locky doesnt have you all to himself for much longer, what do they think about a baby coming?

Oh thats a shame it didnt come on the weekend! but none the less its any day. Yeah well she hasnt turned she is quite the stubborn bubby. I cant wait until she does. the thought of a c-section really scares me, i'll get through it but i really dont want to. Was at a christening in horsham, it was lovely, but the drive back and forth almost killed me. Anyways i hope u have it hehe, bye bye

Hey how was Braydens first day? was there tears :-) hehe... OMG 5 days for you, could be any minute though that must be soo exciting. I cant wait until im in my last week and well hopefully i dont go over towards a 42 week gestation haha. My little girl is still in breach position and has 27 days to turn her butt around. Yeah she has beautiful lips. I cant wait to kiss them!

Good morning. Just read your updates, seems like everything is going very well and to plan for you. I do hope bubby comes early for you! How far along were you when you had Brayden and Lachlan?

I was my mums 3rd baby and i was 3 weeks early, so who knows maybe the 3rd one for you will be sooner than you think :-) Or not, and if its not then thats ok too!

It was nice and cool on the weekend, what did you get up to? We had clean up on saturday for the baby shower yesterday, which when very well. We have lots of sweet clothes and toys. Now we need to go and buy all the real important things, like baby monitor and baby wipes and night light and the list goes on and on.

Hi Renee, good to hear that you are surviving the heat, we have just had a cool change come over melbourne so it is a bit better than it has been the last couple of days, I also have been having alot of trouble with my back, when I get up in the morning and when I am walking around for too long it really hurts, and yes, I have had to take my rings off that I had on my right hand but am leaving the ones on my left as I dont want to take my engagement ring off! I havent done a whole lot since I have been off work mainly because it has been so hot, just cleaning the house alot (I cant help it!), I have my baby shower next weekend so I need to organise that during next week as well as my brother and Lees sisters birthday so it is going to be a bit of a busy week! How is the weather going there? How is Lachlan going? still driving you crazy! I like those names you have picked too, there nice! Your cousins girlfriend is lucky, three weeks early would be nice and 6 pound is a good weight, was it her first? Anyway, hope you are well, speak to you soon! Take Care, Elonah.

That is great news that bub is head down, maybe you will go early if all your measurements are 1-2 weeks ahead! I know how you feel about feeling fat and tired, I have felt like that for a while!!!! The heat is terrible isnt it, I am not looking forward to Thursday as it is going to be 39 degrees in melbourne, that is terribly hot, my fingers and feet are also swelling from the heat! I am so looking forward to meeting this little girl, I am glad that you got to see your bub, that would have been wonderful! Hows all the baby clothes washing and stuff going? Not good to hear that Lachlan is going through the terrible two's, it woudnt help with the heat either! My fingers are crossed for you that bub comes a couple of weeks early! Had you finished work yet? I cant remember?

I just noticed that you only have 35 days to go, how exciting!!! I move onto week 33 tomorrow, we are very excited to meet our little girl! I hope all goes well at your ultrasound on Friday. 37 days left! omg that is so soon, have you got your bag all packed ready to go? How are you feeling, especially during this intense heat?How are your boys and Randall? Ben and i aren't doing anything too much this evening, going out for dinner and maybe a movie but then back to where we are house sitting, it has 4 aircons and is the nicest place to be during this heat.
