Lucas Ryan was born Monday, 18th Feb 08 @ 1pm weighing 8lb 5oz... After being induced as the little fella was 12 days overdue, it took him 2 and a half hours to enter the world. He is adorable, and no trouble what so ever...

23 WEEKS PREGNANT

This week I am feeling really tired, and have gotten even bigger. People keep saying "Are you sure there is only one in there?". I am really feeling it at work and I really don't think i'll make it to 36 weeks to finish up and start maternity leave. We'll see anyway. All of a sudden I am needing to go to the toilet alot, and once or twice at night. I am also getting heartburn!!! I love being pregnant but I'm really feeling it early this time. Lots of kicks too, I love the feeling of my baby moving. I have the name Declan Ryan for a boy in mind and Bianca Gloria for girl, but that could change again soon...

32 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi everyone, I haven't updated my page for a LONG time, so very sorry about that. I can't believe I have only 8 weeks left omg! I finish work Friday, 21st December, looking forward to that. I have been struggling alot with this pregnancy, I've been seeing a Osteopath for my back and it hasn't helped much. The doctor said the only thing that will fix it is having this baby. The heat has hit me bad, and I am tired constantly. But I'm still very happy within myself and I am looking very forward to meeting my baby, boy or girl. Names have changed AGAIN, we have Nicolas or Charlie for a boy and Kaylee or Stephanie for a girl. I don't mind George too... Anyway, looking forward to xmas, I have all my shopping done. I hope everyone is well xxxx

34 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi again, I hope everyone had a great xmas and a happy new year. I'm so over it now and happy its over. It was all fun but extremley tiring. Brayden had me up xmas morning @ 6am, which was fine, but by 10am I was ready for bed!!! We didn't do anything for new years eve, stayed home with the kids and partied lol... I had a doctors appointment yesterday and the doctor still thinks that the baby hasn't turned, apparently it feels too soft for a head down below! So I am having an ultrasound Friday to see what position he/she is in. It is still giving me lots of hard kicks, and moves lots during the day, and sleeps all night (hope it stays that way). I must have ate too much over xmas coz I've now altogether put on 9.6 kilos omg. Anyways, will keep you all updated. Have a great 2008 xxx

36 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi again, the baby is officially head down. I thought he/she was but the doctor wasn't sure. It is a big baby too, it weighed 6lb 14oz and was measuring 1-2 weeks bigger than what I am. It's head was measuring @ 38 weeks. A little scary for me!!! I almost have everything ready, just have to put the cradle up and get the pram off layby and where all prepared. I haven't been venturing outdoors much latley with the heat, staying inside under the air cooler works for me. We have pretty much decided finally on a boys name "Archie Randall" and the girls is a toss up between "Bethany Joy" or "Bridee Michelle". Take it easy ladies xxx

39 WEEKS PREGNANT

Hi everyone, everything is going well. I just can't wait for my baby to be born, i'm getting so anxious its driving me crazy!!! Last Wednesday I had a doctors appointment and my blood pressure was 145/95 so she sent me straight to the maternity hospital to see if bubs was alright. It was really weird coz I felt fine and my blood pressure has been great so far. Anyway, I got there and bp had gone back down and my bubby was fine thank god. My next doctors appointment is on Monday morning, and then on Thursday I see my obstertrician. Hopefully he will book me in to be induced on the Monday 11th Feb which will make me 5 days over. I mean I could go anytime now but Brayden was 5 days late induced and Locky was 6 days late on his own, and I really don't want to go too far over. I have a feeling i'll go early, but I had that feeling with Locky too. Throughout this pregnancy I've been feeling that its a girl, but as I get closer I think its a boy now. I really don't care coz I've only ever imagined myself with boys, but coz its my last a girl would be nice too. If its a boy its defiantly Archie Ryan now, but girl we are still deciding and will wait to decide if the time comes. I'm so excited, I can't wait to hold my baby. Brayden started school yesterday, he loved it. I didn't cry, but it was very emotional knowing that my little boy is growing up so quickly... 40 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS PREGNANT

I can't believe i'm still pregnant, but yes its true I am. I have no problems so I've only been booked in for Monday 18th Feb to be induced (hopefully shouldn't have to worry about that). That will make me 12 days over!!! I am exausted and I haven't really slowed down at all, every day that passes I use to my advantage and do housework that needs doing eg. cleaning out cupboards, going through kids toys, cleaning walls etc. I have everything ready for bubs, so its basically just a waiting game now... I have put on 13 kilos with this pregnancy, my first I put on 15 kilos and then my second it was 14 kilos, so I've done well I reckon! We haven't decided on a girls name, we have a few in mind, Mikayla being the newest one, but Archie is still the boys name. Anyway, once again I'll say next time i'm on i'll have the good news for you all. Take care and good luck xxx

Hey renee, Sounds good. Only doing a few shifts a week, checkout chick. nothing wrong with that, pays the bills, is flexible and requires a friendly face. I'll probably pick up some kinda work like that, maybe at a video store, or the movies lol. Good hours so ben is home when im out and its not hard work. Yeah we've thought on christopher, cameron (most likely will be this one), charlotte, Ella... thats just a couple, haven't gotten too into it yet. To focused on the wedding. But agreed losing weight makes u feel amazing. I am hoping to not gain more than my recommend max of 14 kilos. So it'll be not too dificult to shed the kilos. What names do you like? Its good your kids father gets to visit them, its very importnant i think. Coming from a divorced family. Hope you're well

Good morning. thanks for your messgae. yes we are very close to the same due date thats cool and lol of course i know where albury is. Congratulations on your 3rd baby. I hope to by 24 have all 3 as well and then maybe even go for a fourth lol. I'd love a big family. My pregnancy has been well for the most part, i had a horrible time in my first trimester like u would have read lost 8 kilos. But like you commented i dont know how i weighed 78kg either, i never thought i looked that big. But going down to 70 was very nice, and i know when i have the baby i want to get down to a nice 60-65 kilos. I haven't weighed that since i was in year 10 lol. But it is very doable. Dropping the weight after birth is apart of it, plus breastfeeding helps to burn calories and i plan to feed for at least a year. Plus gotta get into power walking and home exercise lol like my mum did when i was little with all the funky 80's tracks. Hope you have a good day! Tell me more about yourself.

Hi Renee, that is excellent news, a little boy you think, will you try again for a girl or is this going to be your last? I went to the doctors yesterday for my 18 week check up and all is well, he said the baby is getting bigger and I heard the heartbeat which was nice, we have our 20 week ultrasound in thursday two weeks. We have picked Tayla Kaylee for a girl and the boy will most probably be Jaylen but I also like Joshua, we will discuss it more when we find out what it is! Anyway take care, speak to you soon.

Hi Renee, I have also had a few bumps along the way but it is all getting better now! I will have my 19 week ultrasound in about another week and I am very excited as we will find out what we are having then, Good luck with the ultrasound today, are you going to find out what it is? the suport hose are doing wonders for me. In the evening I take them off about 2-3 hours before bed to let my legs air out..if I don't my legs get really itchy and that is very annoying. So I try to always let my legs air out. As for weight...I am still on the protein diet and I still have not gained anything.

My blood pressure is great when I am wearing the support hose. I wear them almost 24/7 have them off about 2-3 hours in the eveing right before bed to let my legs breath. They are a huge help for me.

Hey how ya doin? thanks for your kind words...your doing well with the weight gain thats excellent...Actually this is the best pregnancy as far as weight gain for me ive put on 27lbs which im sorry ive been here to long not sure in kgs..What i have been getting is major pelvis pain..its friggen crazy..i cant sleep at night and now u know u toss and turn cant get comfortable so imlike in agony everytime i turn...this is the worst i have ever got it...i have 24 days to go and i cant wait i cant handle it anymore its bad...So how have you been feeling?How is your sciatic nerve pain going? hope everything is well and take care and talk to ya soon...

Hey how are ya doin? Isnt it exciting hearing the baby's heartbeat i love it so much....yeah ive been drinking so much water and i think she has engaged so i need to go to the toilet like every 15 minutes yukkkkkkkk....im getting so big now.when she moves it hurts it feels like my tummy cant stretch anymore and then wanting to go toilet soon as she moves.I feel alot of pressure and then the braxton hicks yukkk.Yeah i think its pretty cool having the same b'day and with my other daughter Ashley she's an angel up in heaven i miss her dearly..Well hope your doing well and take care talk to you soon...

Haha yeah you should ask me afer labor. I used to want 4 kids, but it is much too expensive. Here in America, daycare costs about $1200 a month per kid, which is like a house payment! My house payment is $1400...lol. It is very expensive, and we couldnt afford to have more than one kid in daycare at a time, so if we do have more time, we are going to have to spread them out over a span of at least 4 years lol. Is daycare that expensive where you are from?

When you get dizzy and shaky does your heart seem to beat faster? I go through that with my low blood pressure that is why I was asking. If it's your blood pressure that is low you might need to add more salt into your system.

well actually i have been getting to the point of fainting lately. never actually fainted but getting light headed and needing to lie down..Its been really hot here in California and being pregnant and being hot just doesnt mix well together.. Thats why i want to come back to melbourne Aus cause thats where im from originally.. As i remember having a winter seperatley to a summer..lol...well i hope its still like that as ive been here now for almost 7 years.
