The 12 week scan was fine and I can't wait for the 20 week scan on 7th Jan....and to see if I have a five a side footy team or a little girl!! (not that girls don't play football!!)

Had tht Triple test for Downs Syndrome and more bloods yesterday (11/12) they have put me in 'High Risk' because of last time with Pre-eclampsia and Hellp syndrome ( not much fun)

Fingers crossed it was a one off bad pregnancy and birth x

Starting to really show now and I told family and friends the news last week....mostly shocked as I said that I would NEVER have any more!!

Zoe & Baby #5 xx 4BOYS AND A GIRL!!!!

Well not the best of weeks as they put me on medication to control my blood pressure which was 150/98 so it needed to be done but it knocked me sidewards! Headaches,feeling weepy , light-headed and generally fed-up (slightly better today!)

We were due to fly to Australia on 26th Jan and the Dr and midwife have both advised against me making the trip (v.sad) as it's too risky.

We were going to validate our visas in order to emigrate next year so Jerad is going with 3 of our boys and i'm at home with Keane (22 mths)so at least they will have their visas stamped..i'll have to try and find a way around it....somehow!

All is well with my little girl...Perfect ultrasound...good strong heartbeat and LOADS of movements so lets just sort her mother out and we'll be fine!!

Thankfully BP is coming down and I feel alot better,loads of movement from this little girl xxWe have decided to call her Heidi Jane (Jane was my mothers name and she is no longer with us xxx) and i `m really happy with the name.... after much deliberation and not agreeing we come to a mutual decision and thats it!!! the boys also love it and keep referring to her by name ....so I can `t change it now!!

Feeling alot better this week! The Medication must be working.....I am still really tired but that could be a combination of everything thats going on at the moment!! I `m so sad that my boyd are off to Australia without me :-( I know I made the right decision but it `s still a shame xI bought a few little dresses and hats and felt really strange doing it..as if it `s not really a girl !! Its so hard to imagine , i `m getting loads of movements and some are quite powerful!! My husband has felt her and watched my belly as she kicks and is as surprised as I am !!Heres hoping the Bp keeps droppping and I get some energy from somewhere!!Zoe xx

What a week!After going to see my consultant the advised me not to make the trip to Oz and that was exactly what I thought they would say and I cancelled my ticket and felt so disappointed. I really pushed my husband to continue with the trip as it wasn `t fair on the boys to miss out because of me and they have been so excited about it.They left at 5am on Saturday and I was not prepared AT ALL it absolutely broke my heart seeing them drive off xxxxEveryone says enjoy the peace but it `s just too quiet i `m use to having 6 noisy people here to cook and clean for ( yeah I moan about it all the time!!)and I miss it.On the plus side I have no washing , no ironing I have cleared out my cupboards and bagged loads of stuff for charity. Keane has missed them and calls out `DAD ` and `Ryan ` throughout the day...poor thing ots just him and me and we have a routine!!!!Bye For NowZoe x

Just got back from the hospital, all seems well so far.....BP 130/80 which is really good for me!! baby is measuring 27 weeks...Fab as I was `small for dates last time `.I go back in 2 weeks for Growth scan and bloods and then return the next day for the steroid injections (4 in all 12 hrs apart!) The care is fantastic....no complaints lets hope all keeps going this well and that this little lady comes when shes due with no drama!Take care Zoe xx (EXHAUSTED TODAY!!)

I have so far resisted the urge to weigh myself!! but as so many people are freely saying how much bigger I am this time I thought I would have a go. I started off at 125lb and I am now 140lb so I have put on alot I suppose but I think i `m doing ok!!! and Heidi is growing ahead of schedule so thats all good so i `ll perhaps slow down on the eating for 2 !!! Feeling breatless alot lately and my back is in agony ...but all that aside all is well!!!Zoe xx

Been and had my Growth Scan....the images were brill..so clear (like the ones you have to pay for..but this was free!!!) I could see her eyes which were open and her little mouth looking as if she was having a good old chat!! more importantly all was well and everything was in it `s rightful place..phew! I always worry when I go for a scan. She is weighing in at 2lb 6oz so far and i `m pretty happy with that as she is on course and at a `normal ` point in the chart. I start my steroid shots tonight at 9pm and then 3 more 12 hrs apart!! YAY. Its a total hospital week...never mind I am having fabulous care so far so I can `t complain XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I had my first 2 shots last night and this morning and they do hurt..not the actual injection but the site of it a few minutes later! 2 Down 2 to go ...the things we do for our little ones :-)Exhausting week and it would be the week that we have a big wedding evening Dinner/Dance!! Amazingly I found a really nice dress...yes I look huge but then again I am 28 weeks pregnant so i `m not going to look slim am I??Bye For NowZoe xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

All my Steroid injections are done!!! Yay, Just left me totally shattered as I have had 6 trips to the hospital since Monday......no appt for a week or so now so i'm going to try and relax and enjoy our evening out tomorrow...even if i feel huge!! I am now tipping the scales at 140lb aaargghhh!!!

April 28th 2008

All was going sooo well.....and now they have found protein in my urine and my BP is high (as usual!) and I have too much liquor (amniotic fluid) oh great an di'm only 4 weeks from my due date...I really felt like i would go full term this time :-(

Never mind, i'm at the Hospital tomorrow and hopefully they will tell me what is going on!!

Nothing I hope (not likely)

Went to see the Consultant yesterday and bP was high again (130/90)but no protein in my urine this time ......she scanned me a nd palpated my belly and proceeded to tell me that babys' head is 2/5ths down......meaning engaged.....OMG im so scared now...scared of what to expect......i have another appt in the Hospital tomorrow morning when they should also have the results of the blood tests from yesterday....I'll keep you posted!! Im having alot of tightenings and losing lots of fluid so i'm off to get checked out in a few minutes...seeings as the babys' head was engaged on Tues i'm not really that surprised that things are kicking off now!! a bit early but hopefully she will be fine ...keep your fingers crossed for me xxxx
