Baby's Conversation with God

A baby asked God, "They tell me you are sending me to earth tomorrow, but how am I going to live there being so small and helpless?"
God said, "Your angel will be waiting for you and will take care of you."
The child further inquired, "But tell me, here in heaven I don't have to do anything but sing and smile to be happy."
God said, "Your angel will sing for you and will also smile for you. And you will feel your angel's love and be very happy."

Sunday September 7, 2008I saw my little man on 3d ultra sound the other day. To say he has personality already is an understatement. He was yawning, stretching, and at one point reached thru his legs and grabbed his wee wee. My God.....boys will be boys. I am so happy to see him. He looks beautiful. I am sure all mothers say so about their children. Being that he is my first child. I am so excited to meet him come December. I can wait to look in his eyes and meet this incredible baby growing inside me. Be still my beating heart......he owns me already.
p.s. i added the foto below because it touched my heart. i am multi-cultural. and daddy is of european decent. so baby boy will be a little bit of this and a little bit of that.......we are all ONE and must stand strong for the human race. let us not divide and conquer. lifes journey can be challenging enough.

Well today I feel so tired. I sleep alot lately. I think because he is growing so rapidly now it is taking all my energy. But I have no complaints.....a little bundle of joy is worth it all. I was lazy.....got some work done on the computer then went to my girlfriends house for dinner. She has a little girl, such a doll. Everytime I come over she ask me is the baby in your belly. I say yes then she says why?...lol so I have to tell her thats where babies are made then when they are big enough they can come out to play;) So I am about to go to bed now. Thought I would share a bit. Nothing new or major in terms of the pregnancy. He is being gentle on me. I only felt naseous for 2 weeks total so far in the begining.

Well I had a pretty relaxing day today. Slept most of it...lol He is playing soccer in my tummy as we speak. Very active little boy. I have not felt any Braxton Hick Contractions yet. So I am excited to see what they fell like. It was explained to me on my profile by lovely lady in the UK. I much appreciate that. So things are going well. I am not as hungry as people tell me I should be but I make sure my baby is gettting all his nutrients and taking my prenatal vitamins everyday. I have another visit to the doctor on the 18th so I will let you know how it goes. Everyday I get more and more excited to meet my first child. This week I am going to register at a few places. I guess its coming up time to have a baby shower. I also am going to buy his bassinett this week. I am so excited to be filling my place with baby things! I already have a section in my closet that is all him. I just could not resist buying baby clothes for him. They are all so cute!

Today I woke feeling tired as I have for the last month. I sleep so much its crazy. I have not worked out as much but make sure I eat pretty clean and healthy. I have been feeling a bit of tightness around my tummy. I am wondering if it is Braxton Hicks contractions. I asked my younger sister how her pregnancy went with her son Jonas. I forgot. She told me she went with out any pain meds and her labor was 4hours and 25 minutes. Very encouraging. I am hoping for a all natural pregnancy and I pray it is not too long...lol Well another day closer to meeting my son. I can hardly wait.

Sunday SEPTEMBER 21, 2008

Today I had a chill day. Got some work around my place and rented a bunch of dvds to watch. I still am having a really easy pregnancy. Nothing new to report. He is kicking alot and I love it. I find myself getting really not lately. So I am drinking more water and keeping the air conditioning on all the time. I usually get cold very easy. I guess its the extra cushion;) I have not had much of an appetite still. So I went to the CVS and bought a 6 pack of ensure drinks. They have tons of vitamins and nutrients. I dont want to starve my lil tiger...lol I take my prenatals religiously so I know he is getting all he needs. I am looking at different bassinetts and cribs. I think I settled on one I like the most....almost sure. Well sorry this is a bit boring but really. This pregnancy is going so well. I did have a slight headache for a few minutes. But I think it was watching 3 movies back to back...lol

As I just figured out if I write a blog everyday then it is like keeping a journal except I wont be taking up so much space on my page...lol. So I am now going to instead write a new blog each day or at least when I am inclined to do so as a journal entry. Hope all the mommies are doing great. Love ya all!

I can not help it. I love the family Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have created. Through conscious decisions they made to unite different cultures under one roof. Along with having my baby boy and one more in the future. I want to adopt as well.

my poor christopher is so sick.the past couple of days he has had a stuffy nose,he couldent sleep (me neather) this morning he woke up his eyes were glued shut.i took him to the dr she said he had pink eye and a sinues infection.poor thing his eyes are so puffy he cant even open them.they put him on antibotics and eye drops.hopefully he will get better fast..........i hope all of your babies stay well this flu season...take care.

hey ladies!

so i had an ultrasound today to check my cervix.
things are going great! my cervix is nice as closed and the baby is weighing 1 lb 7 oz.
n hes a few days ahead of schedule, nothing major but its great to hear that everything is great.

i see the doc on tues and will know more. thats about it for now.
ohh n the other bubble is gone.
so im extremely happy!
cant wait to meet the munchkin....
oh they also tried to do the 3-d but we couldnt see much cuz of his position. ill bother then again in 2 weeks when i go back

Well I am am a tummy sleeper when not pregnant. But now, I sleep on both sides and my back, whichever is most comfortable. I did that with my first, and she turned out fine. Sleep on whatever side that u feel comfortable, just rotate a couple of times during the night, you're sure to get used to it. But man, I surely miss sleeping on my tummy:( GOOD LUCK
