Gave birth to Ethan Justin on May 8 at 11:30 am. He weighed 8 lbs. 0 oz. and 20 in. long. He is perfect. I had a dream the morning I went to the hospital and I dreamed of him. Looked just like him.

38 weeks: Just 4 more days to go.

Went to the doctor today and she told me that this Thursday to be in the hospital at 7:30 am and my c-section is scheduled for 9:30 am. She said that he sounds perfect. I hope all goes well. I also am getting the tubal ligation done. Got my first hemorrhoid today. After a few kegel exercises, it went back up on its own. 3 more days to go.

37 weeks: My mother has given me a baby shower, that makes 3 baby showers for my little guy. I finally put the "nursery" together - 3 boys in one room is more like it, rinsed out all the 0-3 months clothing, put the stroller together, and starting to put our hospital stay stuff into bags. Just 10 days from today.

I went to the doctor today and she said why am I still working. That was enough for me to tell my job "tomorrow is my last day of work". I am goiong to feel so relax the next 9 days. This gives me enough time to get our hospital stay belongs together. During the night time I had the worst case of on-going contractions. I would wake up from the pain - from the time I went to bed until I woke up in the morning. Will I last 9 more days????? Oh yeah, at the doctor's office, I weighed 148lbs.

36 weeks: Diabetes is under control and I am losing weight. Before I found out that I had gestational diabetes, I had gained 25 lbs. - 131 - 156, that was week 30. Now I weigh 149 lbs, I lost 6 lbs. Low carb diets and veggies that are greener really do help lose weight. Went to the doctor this week and she gave me the strep test - negative, the fundus is measuring 37cm, and my guy is still head down - not that it matters I am having a c-section.

35 weeks: My mother and sister-in-law threw me a baby shower. My gifts were great because it told me that my baby is coming very soon.

34 weeks: My doctor says that she is going to schedule me for my C-section on May 8, 10 days before my due date.

33 weeks: Had a sonogram to view his growth thus far on April 3 and the tech said that he is now 5 lbs. 1 oz. I predict that he will be about 8 lbs. when he is born.

This is our third, and last, baby boy. In this photo, he is 27 weeks and 5 days and weighs 2 lbs. 10 oz.
