Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

im also in the same position, except mine was 13 years ago, so this feels like my first too, but i dont even know where to start with the packing, what do i actually have to put in the bag, apart from pj's and a babygrow? do you think 10 nappies should be safe? because you could be in longer than a day, but also visitors could bring you more if you dont pack enough. x x

about 3 weeks ago I was in the hospital for two days in a row getting fluids because of the same thing. It ended up being a viral ear infection- they said people get it all the time in the spring months but mine was like 10 times worse because Im pregnant and I couldnt take the simplest antibiotics. That lasted for about ten days, it was awful. Passing out- you could just be dehydrated and need to drink more- and you heart rate should never be more than 150 so moniter that. Also I think just about every woman gets nose bleeds from all the extra blood rushing in your head. Mine was so bad the first trimester but for me it calmed down at week 14- hope this helps!
