always get moaned at for huffing and puffing so i guess i do get breathles but im asthmatic too.lol.iv been aneamic on and off 9 years now (diagnosed)i have a feeling i was when i was young too.suffered loads of nose bleads.im going to look that site up.i took some this evening with my juice.i have about 2 weeks till my next blood test lets hope it better.im due 31 oct so u be b4 me.ur right i dont eat red meat..never have.my son is 9 he suffers nose bleads too its meant to be a sign of aneamea that stuff says kids can take it so i might try him on some when he gets them again see if it helps....let u know how im doing.hope u feel better.DID U KNOW I WAS TOLD KIDNEY OR WATER INFECTIONS CAN BRING ON LABOUR????with my first child i had a water infection and ended up in hospital at 36 weeks with tightenings but they stopped after a few days and i got sent home.been getting a lot of pushing down inside pressure and my bh seem more internal rather than just external skin tightenings.still not regular though.

I GOT SOME.......HUBBY IS BRINGING HOME SOME JUICE.REALLY EXCITED THAT I DONT HAVE TO TAKE THEM PILLS,AND I DONT HAVE TO FEEL SO GUILTY.WAS GONNA STOP ANYWAY I CANT DIGEST THEM THEY DONT AGREE WITH ME.BUT AT LEAST NOW I HAVE SOMETHING TO TAKE WHICH IS GOOD.9 isn good is it..i looked it up on the net.i blacked out with my first i lost blood i had to be put on oxygen and have a blood transfusion and fluids.they wanted to give me 4 pints......hope this time is better.lol cant be worse..thanku soooo much neen well happy now i might get some energy back gradually all i seem to do is sit and sleep.i go bed at 8 and get up at 8 i nap 2 or 3 hrs in the day too.

Hey Girl, how's you doing? Hope ok anyway! I'm with you all the way with the panic washing over you. I've been thinking i'll have gas and air during labour, try to relax, think nice thoughts and breath through it.......until i went to hospital on Tue and had to have a steroid injection in my shoulder.....SHIT ME!!!! I nearly hit the feckin' roof!!!! Think i'll be having more than gas/air when the time comes!! What a wimp! xx

im sure u can understand i cant thank u enough for that message i go boots asap the pills make me so ill and i dont feel like i benefit from them at all.iv tried everything to counteract them but nothing works.nightmare i have spd too.....falling to pieces.hope they dont keep us in after having baby.my iron was low with my first one and i ended up having a blood transfusion after loosing too much blood.my labour was pretty extreme.........the secon was a c section and i was fine that time round.i suppose if it went to smoothly id get bored lol lol.......anyway thanks so much,i get some tomorrow.

yeah it has helped thankyou!! oh i can imagine!! im already panicking eeeeek!!lol just think when its all over youll be holding your little one and itll be worth it i cant wait for that moment!! ill be thinking how can something so little put me through all that!! they do say its the worst pain but easiest forgotten!! just focus on the fact that every push is an extra milestone to holding ur baby!! that kinda eases my worries!! im panicking cos the hospital where ill be delivering dont provide epis!! i know ill need one lol i have the lowest pain threshold ever, i cry when i get a papercut, im such a baby!!

hey, i was told the same by my midwife yesterday-i cant wait to push that out, lol..

i was getting contractions on monday night, i thought it was it..went to the midwife the next day and she told me to get some rest and get my stuff together she thinks definelty by the end of the week.. im so fed up now-im ready!! any false labours with you yet?

Hello girl.....glad it went ok and seeing Nik too, good for you giving him a few home truths! Stay strong Miss!! I'm ok, tired but this is my last week at work so i can't wait to finish on Friday, i'm knackered! Looking forward to 6months off i can tell ya! Need to re pack my hospital bag as kinda got bored half way through and still got to get a few bits and bobs like monitors, sterilisers, baby bath etc......god, the list is endless aint it?! These tiny bundles cost a small fortune!! x

hey thankyou for the tip, it worked a treat id idnt wake up once with pain just to take a trip to the loo!! i went shopping today and bought a maternity pillow so hopefully thatll help even more!! 20 days to go now!! wish i could say that lol!

i know!! ive been so excited but just recently ive been thinking oh man i have to give birth lol!! im ok really, i have pubis symphisis dysfunction so im very sore but im getting physiotherapy soon to help - hopefully it will!! are you all prepared??

Hey I saw where you had posted that baby was 6lbs 14oz. I got my 36 week scan done and baby was weighing in at a whopping 8lbs. I am frightened. My first was 10lbs 3oz though. So ya never know this one could be the same. I am sorry to hear about your partner leaving. Why do they always run late in the game. But good luck and stay strong cause your little one needs you.

Sounds like you might have a big baby on your hands there.....Yasmin's growing good and strong, i bet it was nice seeing her at this stage as it's something people don't normally get to do. Woo hoo, i bet it made you more excited! How did you feel with Nickou going with you? Did it feel strange? Is that the 1st proper contact he's had since he left? Hope you're ok anyway!
