So this is my husband's and my first child; we're SO excited! It wasn't planned, but it was a fantastic surprise! I stopped using BC pills in September, and we tried the "natural" method of BC. Yeah, that didn't work, LOL! I recently graduated with my BS in Elementary Education, so this couldn't have come at a better time, honestly. So far, I LOVE being pregnant; I guess you could consider me one of the lucky ones (no morning sickness)! It has been such a great experience so far. I cannot WAIT to meet this little miracle! Best of luck to you, ladies! WE'RE having a BABY!!!

aww, you're beautiful, thanx for the compliment and congratulations on your baby. Just don't eat like crazy, I did that with my first (literally ate for 2 people)and went from between 110-115 to 182 in the end. and after he was born I stayed at 175, took 2 more pregnancies to get that weight off, now I'm working to get off the last 15 or so lbs from this pregnancy, but I'm trying to take it down a few extra lbs too. Spark People really helps, baby fit is a branch of spark people, something to get you going and staying healthy. If you're interested. Check them out.

yes,where I live it is going to be very hot and humid still when he comes, so chances are he will be wearing his onsies most of the first month anyway, so I washed all of those, and his little socks, hats, and mittens. I kept the other outfits on the hangers with the tags just in case, I figured we would see as we go as far as size:)
we were looking at the bassinet/pack n plays, they are soooo adorable! We almost got one, but I fell in love with the wooden eddie baugher bassinet we bought, and kind of had my mind set on it lol. It will only be used for three months, but I had to have it! We decided to wait to get the crib set till a couple of months down the road, and the play yard will probably come when we get that. It is very exciting getting everything ready for him though, I have been waiting for this for months :))

thank u for the comment on my pic! yes it is a belly button ring! i never thought i would get it back in but it didnt close. I just waited a week to try toput it back for my belly button to kinda look normal lol.

I have the same problem! especially in the morning my fingers are sooooo stiff :( all day they are sore and that is actually Carpal Tunnal Syndrome due to the pregnancy. All the fluid retained in your lower extremeties comes up to your upper extremeties and fluid gets in your joints and causes pain and stiffness. It goes away after birth. I have to wear a hand guard to keep my wrist steady
!! Its all because of the baby

You know what is so weird.... I've been feeling like I've been bending my fingers in weird ways and they are sooo sore. But the areas they are sore are the tips of my fingers (where the joint bends). I just thought it was me... never thought it could be from the pregnancy! LOL.

Omg that is soooo funny! I know I am like more than willing to donate the fat I already have thank you very much, there's no need to add on any more. I also am having two showers, my friend from work threw me one on Saturday, and there will be a family one coming up soon(not sure when). It is very cool to have such supportive people, I am very lucky! I was looking at some of the gifts and it just got me even more excited to see my little one. Like looking at the little diapers and clothes, thinking omg there will be a baby filling those soon! very cool :)

Mammoth is the word I was looking for! Lol. thank you for saying that, I really need the encouragment. Its not easy for any of us but it is sooo worth it. Congrat on your shower, that is sooo great. Ill be posting shower pics soon,(after I get over the inital trauma of how huge I look)lol. Its just so hard to think about the fact that we will be gaining more and more these last weeks......

We had such a fun time... my sister (in the white dress) did a really great job making it all come together. Looking at all the pictures makes me tired! LOL.
