Thursday, 28 August Not too many babies have their bottom teeth at this age. Riley popped one the day before she turned 4 months. The other one a week later. She gets really cranky, pops a temp, and can be inconsolable. She is generally a good natured baby... so its hard to watch. But maybe we'll get a good stretch until the top ones come in. LOL Although I suspect those ones will be early too. The doctor said that they came 2 months early. I kept asking if anyone elses babies had teeth yet here... and noone answered... until YOU! Good to know I have someone I can commiserate with

Thursday, 21 August gosh, a month you really did get ripped off. I guess I can't complain about the spotting. No cramps or anything. I've been under a ton of stress lately, I am sure that has something to do with it. Thanks for the input. brownsugar -

Wednesday, 20 August Thank you so much!!!
How many seizures was your sister' baby having a day? For how many months?
Day by day the number of seizures is increasing, as well as additional symptoms, like flailing of the arms and legs in a rhythmic pattern. I am trying to stay strong, it is just so overwhelming...
Thank you for your prayers.... all are needed!
I'm going in tomorrow to throw a hissy until they refer me to a doc who can do an EEG!
I'll keep you all posted!
Thanks again :) Niki angier -

Wednesday, 14 May Hi. Sorry its taken me so long to get back to you. I'm sure by now the two of you are over your colds, but to answer you, you can't give him any germs through your breastmilk, only antibodies to help him fight it off! My little guy has sounded congested to me since the begining too. One dr. we saw said that this is common in babies with acid reflux. He actually has been taking a medication for this (zantac I think) for a couple weeks, and he seems better. You don't sound like a psycho first time mom to me, but then again, I'm a psycho second time mom so its good to see others as worried about everything as me:) Colin's still having a difficult time, he loves Cash but he's really acting out towards me & has said that he's angry that I don't play with him as much. I feel terrible and although I'm yelling at him half the day b/c he's just not listening at all, at night I look at my sweet little 4 year old sleeping and think what a horrible mother I am for not playing and not realizing that all of his bad behavior is rooted in jealousy and love. And my poor little Cash is still having his poop problems. They're green and mucousy and we can't figure out why. The dr. has suggested I stop breastfeeding and put him on a hypoallergenic formula if it doesn't improve by thurs. but I have cut all allergens from my diet so I don't see how that would help. I nursed Colin for two years with food allergies. Maybe I'm being selfish, but I don't want to give up nursing my little angel. I love it too much. Of course I will if there's no other option, but I think everything else should be tried first. Hopefully you are adjusting well- our babies will be two months this week! I'm actually finding it a little harder now than a month ago as his sleep time is lessening so I have even less time. He also only wants me so I don't leave him for any extended periods. My roots are a disaster but I don't think a trip to the salon would fit into Cash's schedule! Gotta go, baby's awake! Lisa lisar -

This picture's so cute. You have a handsome little man! Aren't you amazed at how much you love him!? Even though Cash is my second, I'm still amazed at how quickly & hard I fell in love! lisar -
Sunday, 13 April Hi! We're doing pretty good. The baby already has an ear infection, so he's jumping right in to having me worry from one thing to the next! I'm begining to become super tired, our sleeping here is practically non-existent at night, & I didn't realize how much more difficult everything would be when having to care for two children! I'm sure I'll get used to it eventually. How's motherhood treating you? Despite all the hardships, isn't it amazing how much you love that little baby! Jo-Mama -
Thursday, 10 April I am so lucky to have had an awesome (though long) labour. I don't know what it would have been like to be induced or have any other interventions. Malone seemed to know what to do and we got through it together. And I have to say, people always say "It was worth it" but wow, that is such an understatement. I would have gone through anything for this little sweet thing.
I love being a mom so much. All of a sudden, I feel like I'm doing what I was meant to do. first-time-mami -
