Friday, 22 August Well, Rose isn't necessarily on her way tonight. Russell's a grump ass from working too many hours, so that may be good. I need him in a good mood!
Speaking of icing on your cake, I sooooooooo need a brownie right about now. LindsayandJohn -
Friday, 22 August Yeah I did. I took it out shortly after I found out. I felt kinda skanky with it in after that. It has stretched so much there it actually hurts. It looks bruised! I put cream on it all day long. I hope mine goes away too!! adriennella -
Thursday, 21 August You are too freaking funny! I'm totally with you on the no-pitocin..and the flipping off of doctors.
Well, I'm back from the membrane sweep. It was delightful...LOL! I'm crampy and stuff, but we'll know if it worked within 24 hours. The doctor said there's a 50/50 chance that I'll go into labor today, but I haven't had a contraction yet. We'll see!
I have some good news and bad news for you about delivery:
Bad News: The average 1st time mother delivers at 41 weeks.
Good News: You are sooooooooo not average! jenelle -
Thursday, 21 August hi girls no baby yet my pc is still down i am at the internet cafe will let you all know LindsayandJohn -
Thursday, 21 August I agree with you. These docters think that they know so much because this is there job. But we know our bodies better than anyone else. I'm not afraid to demand my docter to listen to me. I give you props for sticking to your guns with yours. Good Luck! brownsugar -

Thursday, 21 August HAHAHAHAHA I had my car seat put in a week ago. It really is weird but I love looking back there and thinking there's gonna be a little peanut back there. And then I get all excited. I can't wait!!! I hope you progress too. I have been at 1cm for the past month. Booo! But I don't have any BH either. Do you have those? adriennella -
Thursday, 21 August I'm scared of water breaking! I'm terrified of pitocin and am convinced they'll give it to me if my water breaks. I'm giddy about my doctor's appointment tomorrow...I may go into labor tomorrow!!!!!! adriennella -
Thursday, 21 August Haha! We are such cervix nerds. I've been told that the dilation isn't as important as the shortening, location, and effacement in first time moms, so we're doing great! sunshine81607 -
Thursday, 21 August SO how dilated are you? Nurses can be so rude! adriennella -
Thursday, 21 August Oh my goodness, so excited to hear your news about progress! Yipee!!!!! Isn't it funny how great cervical progress reports can make us feel these days? I get to find out if mine is getting an A+ tomorrow. adriennella -

Tuesday, 19 August lol, funny how being pregnant makes some an expert on all pregnancy related things. . .this is my third pregnancy and I am still not a doctor, lol. SaraEmily -
Tuesday, 19 August lol, I just saw your post and it cracked me up. If they are working w/ their docs then more power to them, but they shouldn't come on here acting like experts and encouraging other women to go to a herbal store and stock up. . ."if you have any more question just ask me", lol. I figure I have been pregnant all year I can make it a few more weeks, whether I want to or not. This too shall pass. . . . : ) SaraEmily -
Tuesday, 19 August After my first pregnancy ended in c-section my doc prefers to stay the course. There is a small percent of odds that my uterus could rupture due to the scarring from the c-section. My doc is one that feels it is not worth the risk. This will be my 3rd c-section. One good thing is with a c-section I get 2 more weeks maternity leave, lol. SaraEmily -
Tuesday, 19 August lol, it is funny on how everyone is focused on getting the baby out. I am so done w/ being pregnant, I am quite miserable but who isn't at this point, lol. I am scheduled for a c-section on the 9th of Sept. and although I would love love love to not be pregnant after today I know she needs to stay right where she is for now.
