We found out on Christmas Eve that we we're going to be parents. This will be our first baby and are very excited! We had our first OB appt. on 1-9-08. They did the usual exam, blood work and asked us a million questions. Then he did the ultrasound to confirm the pregnancy and this was the first time we saw our little Bean!

I am now 13 weeks today and going for our 3rd appt today to hopefully hear the heartbeat. Last time when I went for my 9 week check up the doctor was unable to hear the heartbeat on doppler so we got to see our baby again and watch his or her heartbeatiing!

I am 14 weeks and boy is my tummy starting to grow! I also felt our baby the other day. This was a great moment. It made it more real!!! Feeling better and less nausea and more energy. Next doctor's appt. is Mar. 19th than we go on April 1st to find out what we're having.

Just an update. 17 weeks this week Nothing new has happened. Went to the OB on Monday for routine check and the heartbeat was 158 and the doc says that if it stays there it will be a girl. We will find out on April 1st what we are having! Can't wait. Can hardly believe that it's 2 weeks away. Feeling the baby more and more everyday and things are starting to feel stronger. Oh yeah and belly still getting bigger! Hope everyone else is well!

We found out that we are having a little girl! She is very healthy they say. Now we can't wait to meet her. August 26th can't come soon enough! I am 20 weeks this week and hard to believe that it's half way over. Ankles began to swell this week as well. I am sick of being tired too.
