HI! I had those same pains last tuesday and called my ob. They told me that when going into the 2nd trimester, theres alot of ligaments and muscles pulling down there. It causes a shapr cramping like pain. Even when i moved or walked i got that same centered, abdomen pain and i was sooo freaked out just like you because i also miscarried tow years ago around 6 weeks. As long if there isnt any bleeding accompanied with the pains, i was told not to worry!

I tell ya, these little ones are somthingelse!!!

it sounds like its just things stretching and moving as in the second trimester you start to really grow and show. i have them every now and again and most others do to.

yes iv been getting the same pain! at first it worried me but i just keep thinking so much is going on down there its going to be a bit painful every now and then and the pain never last that long. my next appointment is on the 01/04 so im going to mention it to the midwife just to reasure myself. hope this helps you xxx
