My son was born on Valentines Day. It was an eperience I will never forget. This is how it went, we went in on the 8th and the induction failed. So they had us come back on the 13th, that induction failed as well. Connors head just did not want to fit through my pelvis. The Dr. said if we hold off to long it could mean more complications, so in the second induction he popped my water to try to speed things up that also failed. Even though we had some failed attemps, Connor Rhiley Callahan came into the world via c section at 8:39pm on 02/14/08. He was 8 pounds 1 once and was 20 inches long.

Connor is already 12 days old....time seemed to drag by the last few weeks of pregnancy and now its flying by. I want to capture every moment. I love my son more than life itself.!!!

I don't think I could have been anymore disappointed when they told me I could go.. my mom video taped me when i heard the heartbeat so I can listen to it anytime I want to :) I listen everyday just so I know it's really in there lol

Hi, no unfortunatly for me it's dragging by and still feeling yucky and sooo tired. As I get in my 4th or 5th month when the baby starts to move thats when it fly's for me but it's draggin now, I try to keep busy or ( sleep )...lol. I don't have any energy and i hope i start to feel alot better soon then it will be so much better. My first baby as I said was so easy I didnt feel pregnant.

oh woah thats so cool. I only got to listen to the heartbeat last week.. isn't it the best sound in the world? I've already had an ultrasound but they said because I wasn't over 12 weeks (I had it done last week) they couldn't show me anything. I got to lay on a bed while they took pictures of my baby, not fun, but my midwives did get the results the next day and told me everything was perfect which was really all I wanted to hear

Hey... I have problems with my gums too! They aren't really sore, but they bleed like crazy when I brush my teeth! It's awful! You can take Tylenol for pain, it's 100% safe, that's about it as far as pain meds though. No Ibuprofen or anything else. Just Tylenol.

Congratulations! I am also 8w3d. The stretching pains are perfectly normal. Consider it being your little one communicating with you saying - I'm growing - I need more room. This is just another one of the joyful pains of pregnancy.

Hiya first of all congrats on the pregnancy. Ive read that it is normal to have cramps during this week as some women feel their uterus stretching to accompany the baby, so I wouldnt worry. Take care xx
