Baby Chathum was born!!! 8 lb 11 oz at 3:33 pm. I went to the doctor that morning and it turns out that I developed preeclampsia sometime between last week's appointment and then. My doc came in and said she would like to go ahead and deliver (my C section was scheduled for 8/19) and it would probably be around 4 that afternoon. I was a little nervous but definitely excited!! No complications until AFTER he was born! He was perfect, but my blood pressure just kept getting higher, so it took almost a whole week in the hospital to get it regulated. That part was not fun, but every ache and pain and complaint was worth my little angel!!

Friday, 18 April If you start a leg cramp - stand up as SOON as possible and stand flat - preferably on a cold floor. this will make it stop right away and it will prevent it from being sore after. Also try to up your calcium - drink more milk or eat yogurt or try a supplement (food is the best source the body doesn't absorb calcium easily) Often leg cramps are a result of low calcium. Good luck! jenelle -

Friday, 18 April Thanks for the luck! I'm so ready to be pregnant again. I was just reading your last blog and I see the clothes we bought for the 1st baby every morning in my closet and sometimes I sit there and think what its going to be like to have them filled with our little miracle. Seems surreal no matter what stage your in I guess. By the way your little man is beautiful! How are you feeling? mylittlesurprise -
Friday, 18 April Hi! just read your post on 22 weeks...with my first 3 kids, the pillow thing was horrible...there was nothing comfortable, no matter what i tried!!! After the last one was born, we invested big money into a tempurpedic matress....i can honestly say....HUGE difference with this pregnancy!!! If you can get one do it!! It will save your life i swear! Most places have great financing available, (that's how we did it) and they are warrantied for 20 years. I don't know how i ever survived all the hip back, leg, arm belly pain without it with my first 3! So, it's either the mattress or the Yoga..that's the only things new this time around. princessrsx -
Friday, 18 April Hey, thanks! They have it at BabiesRus. They have it on their website, they have TONS of different styles! I just thought the frogs were so cute! Congrats on your boy too! Mrspatton -
Friday, 18 April I would say screw it to the crib set....all books now say these are not needed and are dangerous. Can't put the baby in a crib with anything but a sleep sak and a tight fitted sheet. Not even a bumper so what's the point of buying it if you need to take it out every day right? jenelle -

Thursday, 17 April Leg cramps are because of low potassium, try bananas.
