My husband and I are expecting our first baby!! Baby is a BOY!! We are very excited. My favorite parts of the day are when I feel Baby rolling about in my tummy, and I just adore the times when his Daddy is talking to him! I have a great husband whom I love SO VERY MUCH!! I wouldn't trade my life for ANYTHING, but I will DEFINITELY be glad when pregnancy is over and I can hold our baby! I have not enjoyed pregnancy very much, it has been pretty rough! I guess I expected it to be so much different than this, but I am taking it one day at a time! I am so excited to start our little family together and just enjoy the life we make for ourselves :) We have so much love for our little man already, and I can't wait to meet him!
~07/14/08~ I am so freaking miserable it is ridiculous. My back and hip pain is making it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to walk. I am in SO MUCH pain!!! My pelvic pressure is out of this world. I feel like I am constantly being stabbed - either in the back of the hip or in my hoo-ha area. The baby is SO HEAVY. I am already near tears and I have only been at work about an hour and a half. I have no freaking clue how I will survive the rest of this pregnancy having to do any kind of walking. I can't roll over in bed, I can't get off the couch without being in tears, it's excrutiating to just walk - all I can hope for is that Baby C is ready to come out ASAP so they can induce me at 37 weeks!

haha i have a family reunion in a week anda half and its a little over 2 hours away..now im on bedrest and already went to the hospital twice for contractions...my mom wanted to have my babyshower down there but im like NO! i dont even know if i want to go and if i do im not gonna feel like being the center of everything when im in this kind of shape... plus my boyfriend cant go so if i went into labor there we'd have a problem!! but they just odnt get it

Just saw your post about the lack of nookie... the same thing here- my husband wasn't initiating, or even talking about it. I didn't bring it up because i'm fine without it. But one of his friends said to him, "How about those pregnancy boobs?" and my husband said he doesn't think like that, and doesn't feel right about doing it with the baby right there. He knows it won't hurt him/her; it just feels to strange to him. It has nothing to do with lack of attraction. Maybe your husband feels the same way..

haha i get all teary eyed too... im actually watching it right now. i have my times 9am-11am... then 2pm-4pm.. i wish i got deliver me, but i dont. thats another great show!

Hi - I had an ultrasound at 28 weeks and my baby's head was down in my pelvis and I had feet in my ribs! So your baby could be that way as well, especially now that we are 31 weeks. :-)

I would die if my foot grew any bigger. I already wear between a 9.5 and 10! That would stink. Yes your hubby needs to take you shoe shopping!!!!

My work lets me wear flip flops too. So I am in good shape. It just stinks because I have lots of cute summer sandals with small little heels. Totally out of the question...

I started with the regular Zantac but after my doctors appt the other day she said the generic is just as safe. Plus tons cheaper! Let me know how it works for you! Good luck at your appointment.

LOL, yes there are some smells and flavors that are just plain satisfying. And then there are those flavors and textures that are just satisfying. I always thought I was weird. I'm glad to have a buddy!!

Good morning nich, hope you are feeling a little better. I asked the Dr yesterday about the pains and she said that "The baby's weight and our posture have alot to do with the pain we get in our pubic area, as well as the ligaments starting to expand for the birth of the baby" So pretty much what we have to do is as she said... "scoot our butt all the way in the chair" so we can be standing up right and when we sleep make sure we set a pillow in between our legs. I did that last night and it helped me much.
