My husband and I are expecting our first baby!! Baby is a BOY!! We are very excited. My favorite parts of the day are when I feel Baby rolling about in my tummy, and I just adore the times when his Daddy is talking to him! I have a great husband whom I love SO VERY MUCH!! I wouldn't trade my life for ANYTHING, but I will DEFINITELY be glad when pregnancy is over and I can hold our baby! I have not enjoyed pregnancy very much, it has been pretty rough! I guess I expected it to be so much different than this, but I am taking it one day at a time! I am so excited to start our little family together and just enjoy the life we make for ourselves :) We have so much love for our little man already, and I can't wait to meet him!
~07/14/08~ I am so freaking miserable it is ridiculous. My back and hip pain is making it virtually IMPOSSIBLE to walk. I am in SO MUCH pain!!! My pelvic pressure is out of this world. I feel like I am constantly being stabbed - either in the back of the hip or in my hoo-ha area. The baby is SO HEAVY. I am already near tears and I have only been at work about an hour and a half. I have no freaking clue how I will survive the rest of this pregnancy having to do any kind of walking. I can't roll over in bed, I can't get off the couch without being in tears, it's excrutiating to just walk - all I can hope for is that Baby C is ready to come out ASAP so they can induce me at 37 weeks!

I don't know about the hair/heart burn. I have been told that a million times. All I know is if it is true then my little girl will need a hair cut on the way home from the hospital!
I didn't have hair when I was born. It actually took my forever to get any hair. Now its really thick. I hope my lil does have some hair. My sister-in-law is getting married in Oct. The lil one is a flower girl. I am going to carry her down the aisle. I am the matron of honor. I would love to put a big white bow in her hair.....
I have suffered enough I should be able to get that request in!

I am with you on the heartburns. Last week as really bad. I have them usually at least once a day if not all day. The sad thing is you can take only 6-7 tums in a day. It doesn't matter what I eat or drink. I have found that milk helps take them a way for a little while. My doctor mentioned a prescription to me last time but I failed to get the prescription. I go back Monday so I am going to inquire about something to help with the heartburns. Hang in there I know how you feel!

OH! Next time she says something like that about his ex, I would say something like "Don't you have any tact and respect" and tell her (not ask) her to shut up about his ex. Let her know that you are not threatend by her, but it's not appropriate.
I would not let that keep happening. Who cares if she does not like what you say, she already does not like you and is rude. What do you have to loose?

Trust me, I had to keep my mouth shut a few times. She has insulted me(always having to do with money or gifts) I can't afford to give $500 presents. Not many people can. Just smile and kill them with kindness, that is what I did to her.

I feel your pain. When I met my now husband, his sister was a complete bitch to me. She has a ton of money and would just make me feel like crap all the time, if she even talked to me. It took over 2 years for her to come around and finally want to get to know me and talk to me. Meanwhile, her daughter LOVES me and always asks for me. Once we got married, everything changed. She started treating me totally different. I don't know why, but I have just accepted it and never asked. She even through me a beautiful baby shower. My husband was behind me and told me we did not need to see her or even talk to her. I hated that because I did not want his relationship with her to be ruined because she did not like me.
Hang in there.. sometimes we have to bite the bullet... if they are mean agian, say something.. don't let them walk on you.

Wow, I can't wait to see your nursery. Russell and I are cleaning ours out, but that's about it. We're transitioning slowly, I think. July's our big month to get everything together. :-D
I hope everything's going well with your pregnancy as well. I'm still more tired than I'm used to, but I'm doing pretty well overall. I don't think I've had a hard pregnancy, and for that I'm so grateful!

Hi there, just read your comment about the price of your unleaded petrol over there, If you think thats bad in the UK its currently £1.12 a litre, thats approx $8.82 per US gallon, so more than double yours...OMG!!!
