7/1~ My husband was making farting noises to Caden and he started tring to do it. He's been doing to all day!!

6/5~ I took Caden to the doctor this morning he weighed in at (drum roll please!!) 16.5 POUNDS!!! He is starting to feel better the idiot doctor didn't tell me anything I didn't already know & I'm pretty sure it was a man dressed as a woman, I guess our doc wasn't in today!

6/3~ This is me and Caden on 5/31. From the left (top) is Daylen the goofball, my niece Lilli, my cousins baby Kayleigh & my Caden. If you look closely you can see the rolls on his arms & legs. Gotta love the cankles!! Today he won't stop crying/screaming like hes in pain which is VERY strange b/c he only cries when hes hungry so somethings up. I'm waiting on the doc to call me back. :-(

5/29~ I haven't posted in a LONG time!! We are taking 8 ounce bottles!! He has been in size 3 diapers for about a month now! He loves getting dressed and undressed and taking a bath!! He just started sleeping in his own room in his crib. He is the PERFECT baby. He never cries, unless he's hungry of course. He just smiles flashin those dimples and toothless gums all the time!! I LOVE HIM!!

5/5~ I'm sorry but I hate the way I look on that family pic!! It doesn't have black in the corners, it just has a dark cloud in the real pics. These are the ones I purchased along with some really cute pics of the boys with my neice that I had taken for my mom for mothers day.

5/3~ A friend of mine is watching him today. She sent me this from her cell phone. Isn't he just sooo feakin CUUUUTE! He has the biggest blue eyes and the prettiest smile I've ever seen. Look at that dimple. We are having family pics done Sunday & I'll post those as soon as I can.

4/9~ Me,Caden,my Papaw,Kayleigh and my cousin Jess...our babies are 1 month apart. Caden is almost 6 weeks here.

I have a 5year old son named Daylen. My husband and I have wanted another child for about 2 years now but we just started trying in November. Just as I was starting to think that it would never happen I found out that I was pregnant in April. Eight weeks in I miscarried. I am now pregnant again due on about February 21, 2008.

I went into L&D for the gel treatment at 8:30 Monday morning. When I got there the doc said I was already a 2 and my contractions were 4 minutes apart maybe a 3-4 on the pain scale. He did the treatment and after 2 hours the nurse checked me, she said I was only a 1 1/2 and she sent my butt home. I kept having contractions all day not very painful though. At about 4am I couldn't sleep through the pain any longer so I woke my husband up and we went back to L&D. I was sure that I would be about a 4 or 5 but I was only a 3. But the pain was bad I would say a 6 or seven. So they watched me for an hour and by then I was a four. They gave me the IV for the epidural and injected some pain meds in there to tie me over until the epi doc was ready. But she showed up early and I felt good. I pretty much slept through the rest of it. I was feeling a lot of pressure so they called the doc to break my water, I was only like a 6 and the doc didn't think I would be ready to push until about noon. I went bacl to sleep and woke up feeling a lot of pressureso we paged the nurse & told her I felt like I needed to push. When the nurse came back in at about 10 she said he was still pretty high but I was almost fully dilated. So she started getting everything ready then had me do some pushes to get him lower. The doc came in and I think he was shocked at how big the baby was. I didn't feel like my pushing was doing anything but I guess it was doing some. He got the vacuum though and pretty much pulled him out. My husband has a weak stomach so my mom was holding my leg while my husband sat on the couch, but my mom agreed, it didn't look like this baby was gonna fit. Most docs have you stop pushing after the head comes out my doc wouldn't let me. I didn't push for longer than 15 minutes but I think the vac did most of the work. My first son was 5 lbs 13 oz and 18" long. Caden was 8 lbs 10 oz and 20 1/2" long. MUCH bigger. Needless to say I am so sore, I had a lot of stiches. He is gorgeous, I'll have to get my husband to post the pics I don't know how to do it from our home computer. I'll see if I can post the hospital pic from their website but it's prob copyrighted. He is so laid back, never cries unless he has gas, so far he sleeps through the night already. I'm sure that will change soon though. I'll keep y'all updated. Oh the name is Caden Hugh Dayne Jackson.

3/8~ We can't find the stupid cord for the camera to load the pics. My sister has the same camera so I'll have to borrow hers. I'll post pics soon. But Caden is so big. He never fit into the newborn diapers and the size 1 were a little big. Now they fit nicely. He is so good he only cries when he has gas or when he's hungry. He is perfect. I wish I didn't ever have to go back to work.

3/15~ Well I am typing this with 1 hand b/c little man is wanting his mommy. We went to the doc yesterday for his 2 week check up, he now weighs 9.12 and hes 21.5 inches long. He sure seems to be growing fast. Well I'm having a hard time typing so thats all for now. I'll post some new pics soon!

3/27~ Okay well I still can't find the stupid cord for the pics, so if my sister doesn't come and do it I'll load the pics the next time I go by my work. Caden is getting so big, I think we are ready for size 2 diapers already. We are gonna buy some, size 1 fits around the waist okay but they are tight on his legs. He is trying to roll over, he can get to his side but that big ole head is heavy. He is so well behaved. He is taking 7 oz bottles every 5-6 hours. He takes a bottle about 10 or 11 and he sleeps until 6 am. How freakin perfect is that?? He never cries and I can't stand the thought of having to go back to work. I go back on the 7th. My cousin had her baby on March 26 so our babies are exactly a month apart. I'll post some new pics soon.
