Message to all This may be interesting to some of you. Seema`s email is seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Hi there,

I work for a television production company based in the UK . We are currently making a documentary for ITV1 exploring the issues surrounding pregnancy and eating disorders. The film will be a thoughtful and insightful look into this extremely sensitive subject.

We’re in the research stage of our production and very keen to chat to women who are, or have been, pregnant whilst having an eating disorder.

If you’re interested in having a chat or finding out more about our documentary, it would be really great to hear from you. All communication would be in complete confidence.

You can contact me on: seema.modhvadia@rdftelevision.com

Sx

I know placenta previa is nothing to mess with. My mom had it and almost died giving birth (this was 30 years ago!). You should call your doctor just in case. Better safe then sorry!

no she doesn't have the hiccups... this is my second kid.. really it wasn't this hiccups... if it was the hiccups i would have felt it in my pelvis as she is head down... when she gets hiccups i get the kick on the top of my belly as a reflex from the hiccup... this was a steady 120 bpm... it was fast and consitant and constant... i don't think she could hiccup 120 times in a minute... i am a little worried/frazzled

41 weeks...thankzwow 8 days left..... all the discomfort if you have been feeling will all be worth it when you see your baby!

I am sooo glad someone is able to benefit from my finding out that info on the itchiness, being hot and uncomfortable is enough, but not being able to sleep or drive or sit on the couch because I was so itchy was just ridiculous! The cream helped the instant I put it on. It is clotrimazole & betamethazone, whatever that means lol. It was $9 with my insurance :) Totally worth every penny

Heehee! My little one's name is Noah too! Noah James (for James Potter, originally because his due date was Harry Potter's birthday, and I'm a Potter-head)....
Bravo on your fabulous choice of moniker for your baby boy!

our latest ultrasound showed baby weighing at 35 weeks which was 3 weeks ahead...approx. 5lbs, 30zs, but in addition to his size, he is now breech so never a dull moment with this boy!!!

Thanks - I guess I am just a bit concerned since my first was born at 36 weeks and thankfully all was well. I am afraid to go into labor and not make it to the hospital on time.

Hi, it's just sooooo painful, I'm on Iron tablets which makes it worse. Honestly it makes your poo black!! I'm trying to keep my fluid intake up and I'm drinking fiber gel, which is disgusting! Your so lucky not to have it again, I had it when I was pregnant with Molly and it gave me piles, but they never bothered me but this time round they do, sorry TMI. Anyway can you believe we only have 7-8 weeks left, I'm so excited!!!

cathyb - Monday, 2 June
thank you! i feel much better. Congratulations!

peytonsmom - Monday, 2 June
I am having a scheduled c-section and my doctor told me the earliest they would schedule one is for 7 days before my due date. I told her that I wanted to schedule it just one day before my due date which she was ok with but a little taken back. I think most women would schedule it for the 7 days out but we are trying to move right now and I need him to stay in there as long as possible! She said the only risk is that I go into labor before then and we have to do the c-section then. I told her I was ok with that. I don't forsee him being early since I was 12 days past my due date with my daughter but I guess anything is possible! If I were you I would ask my doctor to do the c-section in the 39th week though. That way you will have the chance to have the most healthy baby possible. Good luck!!

Hey i had a question since this isnt your first, i am 28 weeks and i notice i only feel my son alot when i am lying on my right side, and he seems to be kicking in the same area and doing alot of stretching, should i be worried about this?

mjeans - Saturday, 24 May
thank you for your message...it is re-assuring to know your baby was a normal size at birth...we have our ultrasound next week to better gauge his size and I suspect the combination of his position and possible abundance of fluid is causing larger than normal measurements...thanks again!
